    Hello @Bagwani

    You can simply rename the /emails folder as we recommended above. But if you still unable to do it by yourself, please, provide us the correct FTP access for your web-site because it is not possible to implement the solution by us with the provided by you WP-ADMIN access only.

    Dear @Daniel,

    Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We are considering integrating your proposed solution in an upcoming update. Currently, our team is focused on a significant update scheduled for release in the coming days, which is now in its final stages of development.

    In the interim, we kindly request that you either temporarily disable the Quantity Discount feature or continue using it in its current form. We aim to address and implement a solution for the issue you highlighted as soon as our development schedule permits.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. The resolution of the issue requires thorough testing with various combinations of variable products and stock management, among other factors.

    Thank you for your patience and support.

    Dear @Bagwani,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the xstore-child folder on your website may have been duplicated from another site previously configured with the XStore theme. If you do not intend to modify the email templates within your child theme, we recommend renaming the xstore-child/woocommerce/emails folder to a different name. Please verify that everything functions correctly after making this change. If all is in order, you may then safely delete the renamed /emails folder.

    We should admit the details again that we are not responsible for any issues that arise from changes made manually by customers to their child-theme files. So maybe there was the developer on your web-site and it is better to consult with him about changes he made months ago.

    Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    The issue was caused by some parsing settings by Elementor if the “CSS Print Method” was set to Internal embedding (https://prnt.sc/8DiioviDEJtB). So we switched it to the External CSS file method and now it looks ok -> https://prnt.sc/vLio3tgVd_dN.

    Dear @Daniel,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the issue you highlighted and understand the concern. To proceed effectively, we would appreciate your insights on the potential solution. Specifically, do you suggest we verify the quantity of the current product in the quantity discount items and restrict those where the quantity exceeds the maximum limit of the current product? So in current product you shared the section with Quantity discounts will be simple not displayed at all as max quantity of this product is 3 items.

    As this request is unique to your situation, your perspective would be invaluable in guiding our next steps.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your guidance.

If the code we suggested does not resolve your issue, we recommend contacting the plugin developers directly. They possess a deeper understanding of the necessary filters of their plugin’s code for your specific situation. Based on the details we provided in our previous correspondence, they should be able to offer a working solution tailored to your needs.

    Dear @Nicolo,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to log into your website using the access credentials previously provided. Additionally, we have identified an issue could be related to the incorrect translation of certain text strings within the Loco Translate plugin.

    To address this, please navigate to the Loco Translate settings and access the translations for the XStore Core plugin. Search for the phrase that starts as “Our XStore theme offers users the flexibility.” You will likely notice a warning symbol next to this phrase, indicating that the translation needs attention. It is crucial to correct the translation of this sentence while ensuring that the placeholders “%1s” and “%2s” remain unchanged, as they are essential for substituting parts of the sentence with specific static values.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that you identified an error which appears to be associated with the Elementor plugin (https://prnt.sc/H1L7coF0I2Bp). Given your expertise, it would be logical and highly beneficial if you could further investigate the source of this issue.

    As the error seems to originate from the Elementor plugin and not directly from our theme, we kindly ask you to reach out to the Elementor support team to address this matter.

    Other warnings are not critical so you can just ignore them as they don’t make any issues in work on the web-site.

    Thank you for your attention to this issue and for your continued cooperation.

    Dear @Dylan,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have a few requests and updates that we would like to bring to your attention:

    1. Could you kindly deactivate our current theme and conduct tests using the default Hello Elementor theme or Storefront? If the issue persists, it would indicate that the problem is not related to our theme but rather to the Elementor plugin. In such a case, we recommend reaching out to the Elementor plugin support team for further assistance.

    2. The functionality you mentioned is not available within our theme. We suggest exploring plugins that offer such features. You might consider contacting one of our partners at https://prnt.sc/e0c3RsvetEqj, who may be able to provide a suitable solution or recommend their own plugins for your needs.

    3. For the issue you are addressing, please refer to the documentation of the chosen plugin. If you are looking for a plugin that supports multilingual capabilities, WPML is a recommended option. For more detailed guidance, you can visit our documentation on https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/.

    4. We are excited to announce that we will soon release an update that included new Elementor widgets for Portfolio projects. You can preview these at https://prnt.sc/fHAd6EnPh-z_. If you are interested in being one of the first to test these and many other new features, we would be delighted to provide you with an archive for testing. Your feedback would be invaluable to us. We would recommend you to make a staging web-site for such tests as the archive is not stable and may contains some issues or bugs.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response and appreciate your continued support.

    Hello @Razi,

    We don’t guarantee full compatibility with all plugins but we can always try to add it with the ones our customers ask us for 🙂
    In your case, I would recommend you to check the next topics where customers wanted to import/export our variation gallery images with some extra plugins.

    1/ https://www.8theme.com/topic/product-variation-images-generating-in-xml-file/ (after that topic was solved we added globally compatibility with WooCommerce Skroutz & BestPrice XML Feed plugin)
    2/ https://www.8theme.com/topic/some-questions-about-variations-gallery/

    We would recommend you to ask plugin’s support with the details we provided below. If you will get a positive answer from them – you may write us with details they gave you so that we could add their ‘snippet/filter/action’ globally for all other clients and add compatibility with that plugin for all others 🙂

    For information to your plugin’s developers (you may ask them for help):
    1/ Our theme field name is et_variation_gallery_images (to get variation gallery for any product variation we used next line of php code -> get_post_meta( $product->get_id(), 'et_variation_gallery_images', true );
    Note: $product should be defined or global variable )
    2/ If you check xstore/framework/woo.php you may find how we added compatibility with WooCommerce Skroutz & BestPrice XML Feed plugin (please, look for the ‘etheme_compatibility_webexpert_skroutz_xml_variation_gallery_images’ function )

    Otherwise, if you cannot contact with plugin’s authors to ask them for ‘How to make own attribute of custom field ‘et_variation_gallery_images’, you may provide admin+ftp access in the private content area and we will try to help you.

    We suggest you to try next snippet to be added in your child-theme/functions.php

    add_filter('woo_feed_custom_fields', 'add_etheme_variation_gallery_image_to_feed', 10, 3);
    function add_etheme_variation_gallery_image_to_feed($fields, $product, $variation) {
    	$image_gallery = get_post_meta($variation->get_id(),'et_variation_gallery_images', true);
    	if ( (bool)$image_gallery ) {
    		$fields['variation_image_gallery'] = $image_gallery;
    	}
    	return $fields;
    }

    We provided you above the most detalized instructions with all details possible from our side. Anyway if you still needed any assistance we are happy to help you.

    Dear @Mirza Ahtsham,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully added custom CSS to the Archive Products widgets in your Shop archive builder. The specific code implemented is as follows:

    selector .categories-mask {
        background-color: #fff;
    }

    You can view the results here: https://prnt.sc/hGuTJllFJUrL.

    Additionally, we recommend using a separate plugin for enhanced cookie management options, which you can find at this link: https://prnt.sc/mVvvdCFfuFPN. While our built-in functionality meets basic client needs, this plugin offers more comprehensive options.

    Dear @patrykxzielinski,

    Thank you for providing the necessary details regarding the issue you encountered. Upon review, we were unable to replicate the problem you described, and we found that your website is loading smoothly without any apparent issues.

    It is possible that the issue was related to recent updates of DB from WooCommerce or Elementor. Such updates often run in the background and may require some time to fully complete. We recommend allowing a little more time for these processes to finalize.

    Additionally, we generally advise our clients to use the StoreFront theme for testing purposes, as it is the default theme developed by WooCommerce and is optimized for product support. Other default WordPress themes may not fully support product functionalities, which could affect the reliability of testing with products.

    We have also conducted tests on your website using the PageSpeed Insights service (https://pagespeed.web.dev/) and are pleased to report that your site has shown quite favorable results. You can view the test results here: https://prnt.sc/Uw3hQXEH6S7m.

    Dear @Souhail RAZIK,

    I hope this message finds you well. Regarding your inquiry about implementing Right-to-Left (RTL) functionality on your website, I recommend reaching out to the WordPress support forum for specialized assistance (https://wordpress.org/documentation/). This is not a theme request but as far as we are aware, such functionality is not available even by simple options provided in WordPress.

    It is possible that the WordPress community may offer a workaround. Typically, a website can either be set globally to RTL or include a language switcher. For instance, the default language could be English, and upon selecting Arabic, users would be able to view the RTL version of your website.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to inform you that by default, Elementor loads the styles for each widget in the footer, which requires some time to fully load. To enhance the user experience on your website and prevent any visible flashes, we have implemented custom CSS on the Checkout page. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/dnzfgkCyIog8. This adjustment ensures a smoother visual experience when accessing the Checkout page from mobile devices.

    Thank you for your attention to this enhancement.
