    Dear @DashDoor,

We would like to clarify that our support services are dedicated exclusively to our projects and do not extend to all plugins universally. It appears from your reference to “Dear Elementor Support Team” that your inquiry might be more appropriately addressed to the Elementor plugin support team (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/), rather than our XStore theme support forum.

Furthermore, we had previously requested screenshots to better understand your issue; however, we noticed that you have not provided them. From your description, it seems you are seeking advice on the correct configuration of WooCommerce product categories. For this, we recommend consulting the WooCommerce plugin documentation, which you can find here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/.

Additionally, we are currently unable to access your website as it is not loading, which prevents us from reviewing the homepage where you require assistance.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Should you have any further questions related to our theme or if there is anything else we can assist you with regarding our theme, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @Saboor,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that the modifications we previously implemented on your website appear to have been reverted, which may be causing the current issues you are experiencing. We have since reapplied these changes as initially described. After our initial implementation, we conducted thorough testing and did not encounter any issues on our devices, which led us to conclude that the setup was stable. We kindly ask you to review these changes from your end to confirm their effectiveness.

    To clarify the adjustments made:
    1. We set the motion effects for the second container in your header to ‘none’. You can view this setting here: https://prnt.sc/2Fjx_sX4487t
    2. We activated the XStore Sticky header option, which can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/TjtD6ILezbrT.

Should the issue persist, please ensure that neither you nor your developers have restored the website to previous settings. Also, clear your browser caches before testings.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation.

    Dear @YT,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you please confirm whether you are working on a live website or a local environment?
If it is live one, could you please, share the wp-admin + FTP details for the web-site in private area.

Otherwise, we kindly request that you enable the debugging mode to identify any issues that may be present. Additionally, you can review the logs by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs in the dashboard.

Furthermore, please verify the PHP version and other system requirements by accessing the XStore Control Panel -> System Requirements. Should there be any warnings, we recommend addressing these as a priority.

We find the situation unusual as the update has been thoroughly tested by multiple team members without encountering the issue you described.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Dear @HUSSTLE,

We have reviewed your website as unregistered users and confirmed that the coupon fields are displayed correctly. To further investigate the issue for logged-in customers, we kindly request that you provide us with the appropriate wp-admin access credentials via a secure method.

Additionally, it is important to note that the recent update is unlikely to be the cause of this issue, as there were no modifications made to the checkout or cart pages. We also suggest checking whether the problem persists when using a default theme, such as Storefront, which may help isolate the issue from our theme but be the issue of WooCommerce plugin or some settings of the plugin.

Regarding your query about altering the position of the coupon code on the checkout page, we recommend utilizing our Checkout Builder. This tool allows you to configure various settings, including the position of the coupon field. You can find more details and a visual guide here: https://prnt.sc/26Jd3k1wxDtW. For comprehensive instructions, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-checkout-page-builder-with-elementor/. Additionally, our XStore theme includes various other builders that could enhance your store’s functionality and appearance. More information on these features can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/.

We look forward to your response and are here to assist you with any further inquiries.

    Dear @Raj,

I hope this message finds you well. Upon investigating the concerns you raised, we have identified that certain lines of custom CSS within your child-theme/style.css file are causing the display issue on your checkout page, as evidenced here: https://prnt.sc/7GZReX5JSZVI.

We kindly request that you remove these specific lines of code to see if the problem is resolved. Should the issue persist after this adjustment, please let us know so we can assist you further.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that we are not liable for any complications that may arise from modifications made manually to child-theme files by customers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

    Dear @Luc,

I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits.

We have thoroughly investigated the issue you reported and found that it exists only with our Single Product Builder that is currently installed on your web-site. Upon reviewing the code for your “Country Restrictions for WooCommerce” plugin, it has become apparent that a global compatibility update is necessary. Our builder does not utilize standard WooCommerce hooks due to the builder unique structure, which varies and cannot remain static across different cases. Unfortunately, one of these standard hooks is essential for loading your plugin on the Single Product page (details here: https://prnt.sc/KYntUCSoSo3o).

The “Cor_Front” class of plugin, does not support direct integration of custom functions in our theme due to the absence of an instance callback, causing the __construct() function to trigger immediately upon each call.

To resolve this, we recommend reaching out to the developers of the “Country Restrictions” plugin to discuss potential solutions that would ensure compatibility with our Single Product Builder. Our builder utilizes specific hooks tailored to various content display scenarios, such as ‘etheme_woocommerce_template_single_title’ for displaying the product title.

You can find a comprehensive list of our builder’s hooks here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/single-product-builder-hooks/

Please note, the following standard WooCommerce hooks are not incorporated in our builder for the reasons described above:
    1. woocommerce_before_single_product_summary
    2. woocommerce_single_product_summary
    3. woocommerce_after_single_product_summary
    4. woocommerce_share

To address this compatibility issue, you have several options:
    1. Disable the Single Product Builder.
    2. Contact the plugin’s authors to seek a viable solution. If one is found, we could consider integrating it globally.
    3. Rewrite the ‘xstore/woocommerce/content-single-product-builder.php’ in your child theme and add the necessary actions for compatibility.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are here to assist with any further questions or concerns you might have.

    Dear @Peter,

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have renamed the following folders in your child-theme, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/ayCtKeX7xeJo. This update has successfully resolved the errors previously displayed with the new Template parser feature.

Additionally, we have ensured compatibility for the rewritten files in your child-theme folder, following the steps outlined here: https://prnt.sc/i5stBNeRdFQa. The specific changes made include:

    1. Index.php: Modifications you added that were not present in the original xstore/index.php file can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/gle3koAObT1q. So we copied the parent file and made the additions you had previously in your rewritten file.
    2. Content-grid.php: Adjustments to the HTML tag for the post title in your child-theme file are detailed here: https://prnt.sc/pRo67K5RMXOj. So we copied the parent file and made the additions you had previously in your rewritten file.
    3. Single.php: Changes to the HTML tag and a few styles for the post title in your child-theme file are available here: https://prnt.sc/qYdHf-nEx2eC. So we copied the parent file and made the additions you had previously in your rewritten file.

Following these modifications, no issues are currently displayed on the appropriate panel page, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Qq8u1f3Gt5w4.

Could you please review these changes at your earliest convenience? Additionally, if everything is satisfactory, we kindly ask you to consider removing the following folders from your child-theme to avoid any future confusion: https://prnt.sc/VgIEO4_vUzDu.

    Dear @Sam,

I hope this message finds you well. We have identified the cause of the issue on your website. It appears that the conflict arose due to both our built-in Quantity Discounts feature of Sales booster and the “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” plugin being active simultaneously. This overlap resulted in the application of double discounts on products.

For your reference, here is a screenshot illustrating the active Quantity Discounts feature: https://prnt.sc/IE2Agq5tPB19.

To address this, we have temporarily disabled our built-in Quantity Discounts feature. This adjustment ensures that only the “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” plugin is currently managing the discount operations on your site (https://prnt.sc/sYU-WV-nAHio).

Could you please review your website at your earliest convenience and confirm if everything is functioning as expected?

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation.

    Dear @Juergen,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that the recent update did not alter any features as intended. However, it appears that some images previously hosted on your server are now missing. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/1zRdourpPQYe.

Given that you utilize custom images for several payment methods in the Safe & Secure Checkout feature of the Sales Booster, it is essential for you to update or re-upload the correct images, as the current ones are no longer accessible on your website.

Please address this issue at your earliest convenience to ensure a seamless checkout experience for your users.

    Hello @Ombi

The issue may be caused by some parsing settings by Elementor if the “CSS Print Method” was set to Internal embedding (https://prnt.sc/8DiioviDEJtB). So we would recommend you to switch it to the External CSS file method but previously you need to increase the Memory size by contacting to your hosting provider. Otherwise there is an error on frontend Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes). Also, once you make it done, ensure that all caches are cleared including CDN + Litespeed plugin ones.

    Dear @Suit District
The ‘back in stock’ notification is the same as waitlist. Someone names it like Waitlist while others like to name it as ‘Back in stock’ notify. As you are using the Single product builder based on Elementor you should add the appropriate element in the builder content.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issues you are experiencing and would like to provide some guidance to help resolve them.

    1. We noticed that the excessive use of z-index properties in your current configuration might be causing the problem you mentioned. As an immediate remedy, we have implemented the following custom CSS for the Footer, which you can view here: https://prnt.sc/MvXm7xvwlG8-.

    2. To further investigate the issue, we recommend testing with a default theme, such as Storefront. This is important because the display of related products typically relies on queries from the WooCommerce plugin.

    3. Additionally, you may consider applying the following custom CSS to enhance your site’s appearance:
    `.et-mobile-panel-wrapper {
    border-radius: 50px;
    overflow: hidden;
    }`

    4. Please ensure to follow the instructions we previously provided (in the topic where you asked it) closely. If the solution does not meet your needs due to it not being a feature of our theme, you may consider submitting a request for additional customization here: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @Peter,

We hope this message finds you well. In response to periodic inquiries regarding critical issues caused by modifications in child-theme files, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new Template overrides parser feature in version 9.4.0 of the XStore theme. This system is designed to help our clients determine whether such issues stem from their changes to child-theme files and the solutions of fixing them by following the steps with information.

With this new feature, customers can now easily check for outdated files or files that should not have been copied to the child-theme at all. For instance, in your specific case, it appears that several files have been copied into your child-theme that are not permitted. Notably, the framework folder (https://prnt.sc/zGNwDeWkgmNa) contains the template-elements.php and theme-functions.php files, which were copied from the parent theme. As previously advised, we strongly recommend against copying any files from the framework folder and files from that folder to the child theme, as this can lead to operational issues with theme update. These files are not intended to function within the child theme environment.

Should you need to modify functions from the framework folder, we suggest copying only the necessary function code into your child-theme/functions.php file. Please ensure that modifications are made only if the function is wrapped with the specific condition shown here: https://prnt.sc/YUklS8_tXR_A. If these prohibited folders were copied to your child-theme inadvertently, you may rename this folder, verify that your website functions as expected, and then safely remove the copied files along with the framework folder.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from custom modifications within the child theme.

Furthermore, we have previously discussed similar issues regarding incorrect file rewriting in your child-theme (https://www.8theme.com/topic/page-error-after-the-latest-xstore-core-update-urgent/#post-393493), and it seems you agreed with the suggestions provided. With the newly released system, you can now identify incorrect files copied to your child-theme by yourself. In your case, there are a few files that need to be updated to the latest version compared to the contents of the same files in the parent theme, and a few files that are deprecated from being copied to the child-theme.

We have made every effort to assist our customers in resolving these issues by providing detailed instructions, which can be accessed by clicking the ‘Learn how to update’ link https://prnt.sc/i5stBNeRdFQa.
