    Hello @IMR,

    Thank you for providing us with the correct access to your website. As we can see, it is a live site, and we would like to avoid performing any tests directly on it. Could you please let us know if you have a staging environment where we could investigate the issue instead?

    Additionally, based on the error log files (https://prnt.sc/zuyPeOaeT-7n), we have noticed issues related to the following plugins:
    – yith-woocommerce-product-bundles-premium
    – facebook-for-woocommerce

    We recommend temporarily disabling these plugins and testing the site with them deactivated.

    Also, please, contact to your hosting provider to check the server logs and the errors shown there as it could help understand the issue of such email template.

    We look forward to your feedback and would appreciate it if you could provide us with access to the staging website so that we can place a test order and perform further debugging. Additionally, could you please, check if the issue is only with mentioned email template and there are no issues with other templates such as “New customer”, “Reset password”, “Completed order”, etc. ?

    Hello @Recep,

    We have reviewed the issue related to the display of upsell and cross-sell products. These products are being shown as expected: https://prnt.sc/_8A7URTTKe9b. Please note that such products are displayed based on the items added to your cart. If none of the products in your cart have associated upsell or cross-sell items, these products will not appear in your mini-cart.

    Additionally, we kindly recommend clearing your CDN cache before testing, if you have an active CDN, as we noticed that a CDN is installed on your website: https://prnt.sc/vunhKKvHVSkN.

    Hello @Saira,

    Could you please provide us with a video to help us better understand your request? We were not able to fully comprehend it based on your excerpt.

    We also recommend checking our response in the following topic, as it appears to address your question: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-cant-open-the-page-on-the-mobile-menu-but-on-the-pc-working-fine/#post-458848.

    Please note that the parent menu item (which contains the submenu) cannot redirect users to a page, as it is configured to toggle the attached submenu. Therefore, you will need to include items within the submenu for display and navigation purposes.

    If you still need our assistance, please let us know – we will be happy to help.

    Hello @Rok,

    We have reviewed several single products using the mentioned extension, and the structure appears to be correct: https://prnt.sc/cKjP0hw0QnC5.

    On single posts, there are a few issues; however, most of them can be resolved within the post content: https://prnt.sc/Jub_QCBuxgj8. Some widgets contain tags that are outside the proper SEO structure of the page.

    For the Author Box widget with the incorrect H4 heading: https://prnt.sc/HMDGDg2rhFXo, you can adjust the tag in the widget settings: https://prnt.sc/fNDlyv3ym4j7.

    For the Sidebar widgets, you can modify the tag in the widget title section: https://prnt.sc/bZ25gIq1iZgu.

    On other pages, such as the About Us page, you can change the widget tags directly in the page content: https://prnt.sc/CO9wfEcI24RZ, https://prnt.sc/zgwCaPP5vMdz.

    If you have any further questions, please feel free to submit them on our support forum.

    Hello @Hangato,

    You may try one of the following solutions:

    1. Adjust the bullet position to ensure it displays correctly on hover:

    .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content .price_slider_wrapper .ui-slider .ui-slider-handle:nth-last-child(2):hover {
        transform: translateY(-50%) translateX(2.5px) scale(var(--price-slider-handle-scale-hover, 1.5));
    }

    or

    2. Limit the maximum width of the range slider:

    .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content .price_slider_wrapper .ui-slider-horizontal {
        max-width: calc(100% - 6px);
        margin-left: 3px;
    }

    You can add this custom CSS snippet in Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS.
    We have attached the CSS because you provided us with access to your staging or development website, and we believe you may wish to apply this snippet to your live store as well.

    Hello @Saira

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @Luc,

    As you are using the WP Rocket cache plugin, we have adjusted the settings by excluding the logo image class from lazy loading. This change prevents the header from jumping and the sticky effect from being triggered unnecessarily. You can see the update here: https://prnt.sc/-K1TaZIbUUxy.

    We have tested the site on our devices, and the header now displays correctly. Please check it on your side as well.

    Additionally, we can assist you in modifying the header with an alternative sticky effect on mobile devices to avoid similar issues, should they still appear for you or your customers due to caching or other factors. If you would like our assistance, we will be happy to help.

    Hello @chutipao

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello @Rok,

    The issue with the broken structure of your mini-cart was caused by an incorrect snippet you implemented (https://prnt.sc/bvHk4jrMjYEs). We have corrected it according to the solution we previously suggested in our earlier reply (https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-change-settings-of-off-canvas-element/#post-459973).

    Regarding your inquiry about the “Total impressions,” “Total clicks,” and similar texts, we were unable to locate such content on your page. It is possible that these texts are being added by one of your browser tools. You may verify this by checking other websites or by using a different tool. If you could clarify which tool you are currently using, we would be happy to check it on our end.

    We have also resolved the issue with the wishlist and compare mini-content by adding the following snippets in your child-theme/functions.php:

    add_filter('etheme_woocommerce_mini_wishlist_product_title_tag', function($tag) {
        return 'h2';
    }, 999);

    add_filter('etheme_woocommerce_mini_compare_product_title_tag', function($tag) {
        return 'h2';
    }, 999);

    However, we believe there is no need to modify such strings for SEO purposes, as SEO testing tools typically analyze websites in “incognito” mode, where the mini-wishlist and mini-cart content are empty.

    If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Hello @Niddy,

    Thank you for the details. We have checked the post editor and identified the reported issue – Error 500 (https://prnt.sc/AjOBEgCwJzrQ). After activating all widgets as suggested in our previous reply (https://www.8theme.com/topic/elementor-templates-are-being-automatically-injected-with-hundreds-of-etheme_conditions_-meta-field/#post-459974), the editor loaded correctly (https://prnt.sc/8GDY0vbhwmxg).

    This indicates that the issue with loading the Single Post editor was related to certain specific widgets being disabled. These widgets are used within your single post content, and their deactivation caused Elementor to trigger an error.

    You can now check the Single Post editor. Once you have completed your editing across the website, please click “Scan elements usage” in the Elements Manager (https://prnt.sc/AHHF_pxC6KLc) to identify and deactivate any unused widgets. This will help optimize your website by preventing unnecessary widgets from loading.

    Hello @Kingsley H.

    Our theme is fully optimized for performance and does not slow down websites by default. In most cases, speed issues are related to additional content or setup, such as:

    • Excess plugins
    • Large, unoptimized images
    • Heavy third-party scripts or resources

    To improve performance, please consider:

    – Removing unused plugins
    – Optimizing images (WebP format recommended)
    – Using a performance plugin (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache)

    Here is our step-by-step performance guide:
