Additionally, it seems there may be an issue related to the settings of the cache plugins installed on your website rather then our theme settings, which could be causing delays in loading scripts and styles when there is no user interaction.

    Could you kindly check if such a setting is enabled in your cache plugin configuration and try disabling it to see if this resolves the issue? It is also possible that this option may be active in your server configuration settings.
