Hello @laboteknoloji,
Upon our initial review, we noticed that you are using a non-theme Archive Products widget on the Shop page, which might be causing the issue with theme Ajax filtering. Could you please let us know if you are able to try using our built-in Archive Products widget (https://prnt.sc/62gBislBeQb0) instead? It offers more customization options and an improved UI/UX compared to the default widget.
You can view examples of its implementation on our demo pages:
https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/electronic-mega-market/shop/
https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-electronics/shop/
If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help.

Hello @Roberta,
Could you please provide more details about what exactly is not working on your website regarding these boosters? It is also possible that they are not configured correctly or are displayed in areas that have not been checked.

Hello,
1. To modify the content of your mobile header and increase the logo size, please navigate to XStore Builders → Header Builder → Customizer. There, you can edit the mobile content columns by adjusting their sizes and setting the correct proportions. For example, the mobile menu can occupy two columns, while the remaining ten can be adjusted for the logo element.
2. Could you please specify which elements you would like to modify on your blog page? For instance, the post titles inherit their styling from the Elementor configuration for the H2 tag (see: https://prnt.sc/JJAdFHyXrR71). If you wish to change the styling of these headings, this can only be done using CSS snippets, and we would be happy to assist you with that if needed.
If you would like to explore additional customization options for Blog, Shop, Header, Single Post, and other templates, please refer to our documentation on using XStore Builders with Elementor: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/.
3. The global breadcrumbs are generated in the following file: xstore/templates/breadcrumbs.php. If you wish to make modifications, you can copy this file to xstore-child/templates/breadcrumbs.php and apply your changes there. Please note that this is considered an additional customization and falls outside the scope of our basic support.

Hello @Jimmy,
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, there is currently no functionality available to display the sale badge on products in the Cart page. The settings shown in your screenshot refer to the configuration of product badges displayed on the Shop page.
If you would like this feature to be included in our theme, we kindly invite you to submit your feature request here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We will review it and consider its popularity among other users.

Hello,
After our analysis, we found that in the mentioned widget’s selection for choosing Saved Templates, the system was referring to the list of Sections (https://prnt.sc/_pthyFzMGjay). This list was empty on your website because your templates were created as Container types rather than Sections (https://prnt.sc/CMzr5PfeJeDn).
If you create any Section with content, such templates will appear in the list (https://prnt.sc/Zm8zQrPsvvO6). For your convenience, we have recreated your templates as Section types, and now you can see the items in the Carousel Anything widget. Please check and confirm.
Also, we noticed you have 500 error on saving home content action that is mostly caused by memory limits -> https://elementor.com/help/500-error/, so, please, contact to your hosting provider and increase the limit and check then.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @mantolis,
Are you referring to the screenshot in the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-after-failed-charge-of-credit-card/#post-431136? If so, please add the WooCommerce Notices element available in your Elementor widgets list: https://prnt.sc/BwdPhqodhEea. You can place it on your Cart and Checkout pages if it is missing, and then check the result.
If the issue persists, we will be glad to assist you further. Please provide additional details about your tests if needed.

Hello @ziga32,
The specified strings are located in the xstore/templates/breadcrumbs.php file: https://prnt.sc/4SbMj6QvGnJd. These strings are available for translation using the Loco Translate plugin or other similar translation plugins.
To remove such a string, you can either copy the mentioned file to your xstore-child directory, maintaining the same path, and make any desired modifications. Alternatively, you can translate the specified string to an empty value or a space character using the plugins mentioned above.
Alternatively, you can use the snippet provided above.

Hello @Julius,
Thank you for providing the details. We have already resolved the issue on our demo (https://prnt.sc/tBSJ2oUQU26c) and cleared the cache, so you can check it now.
If you would like to fix it on your website, please open the Archive Products builder, click on the Sidebar/Filters widget, go to the Advanced tab, and scroll to the Custom CSS section (https://prnt.sc/8hisQpysTXH5). Replace the existing styles with the following:
body:not([data-elementor-device-mode="mobile"]) selector.elementor-widget-etheme_sidebar .etheme_widget_cats {
background-color: rgba(245, 245, 246, 1);
border-radius: 10px;
padding: var(--categories-widget-padding, 30px 25px);
border-bottom: none;
}
[data-elementor-device-mode="tablet"] selector {
--categories-widget-padding: 17px;
}
body:not([data-elementor-device-mode="mobile"]) selector.elementor-widget-etheme_sidebar .etheme_widget_cats li:not(.current-item) a:not(:hover) .count {
background-color: #fff;
}
selector .widget_price_filter .price-filter-box input {
border-radius: 4px;
}
selector .et-follow-buttons a {
color: rgba(0, 121, 107, 1);
}
selector .etheme_widget_cats .current-item a:not(:hover) .count {
background-color: #222;
}
Alternatively, you may provide us with temporary wp-admin access in private content, and we will fix it on your website.

Hello @Dreamedia Creative,
Based on our tests, the filtering issue occurs because multiple templates (207) were created for different product categories (https://prnt.sc/C5P3EEvGUHNY), and there is no default template assigned for non-category, condition-based pages such as https://yourweb-site.com/product-category/industrial-supplies/adhesives-silicones/. These pages currently load the default non-builder template content, so replacing the builder content with non-builder content during filtering is not predefined, as no tags or other anchors are displayed within the content.
We recommend creating a single template in XStore Builders → Archive Products Builder that will serve as the global template for all product archives, with the condition set to All Product Archives (https://prnt.sc/ryKwZJcWbRnf). After this adjustment, the filters should function correctly, as the Archive Products widget will be available in the AJAX-loaded content (after filtering), allowing the system to replace the old widget with the new one.
If you would like our assistance with this setup, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help.
Additionally, we suggest minimizing the number of templates by combining similar ones and using Dynamic Tags (https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/) where appropriate to display product headings, images, titles, and other information.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Omar Quddam,
The issue appears to be related to the permalink settings, and there may be certain .htaccess rules configured on your server that could be causing this problem. This request is not related to a bug in our theme. You can verify this by activating a default theme such as Storefront (although we do not recommend doing so on a live website).
We kindly suggest that you contact your hosting provider and also submit the same request to the cache server support team (if it is managed by another company) so they can review the configuration that might be causing the 404 errors when redirecting from the Shop page.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @elzoghby.com,
We are still unable to identify the issue. Please find the attached screenshot in the private content. Kindly clear your browser cache or try from another browser before testing again.
Regarding your question about the widgets not being displayed, please note that the Swatches filter will appear only if the attributes are configured as swatches. Otherwise, you can add the widget named “Filter by product attribute” (see: https://prnt.sc/izIWl5ryo9sf), and the widget will then be displayed (see: https://prnt.sc/AyIib9ghW-tt).
