    Please update the theme to the latest version 1.3.
    Also you have written the code
    h1 {font-size:24px !important;} in style.css of the child theme. Remove it before making changes in Theme Options.

    You have old theme version. Please update it to 1.3 version as well as Woocommerce plugin.
    After that check mail form again.

    Also update WordPress.

    Sorry for misunderstanding.
    You can create custom tab in Blanco-Theme Settings > Single Product Page > “Custom Tab Title” section at the end. Also you can find custom tabs in Custom Settings box when editing a product.
