Shopping cart on your demo looks clear and properly. I tried to create my own shopping cart but it looks very bad – pictures of products are in their original size – they are too big.

    Hello,

We were going to re-update the theme from our side.
As the reason might be that some files are uploaded incorrectly.

Also try to disable 3rd-party plugins and the the Cart page after that.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

In my download account on Themeforest I got this message:

    Download not available
Item removed by either staff or the author

So what can I do now? It’s so annoyig it’s impossible to get identical look and content as your very nice demo version! When are you going to fix it? I need to run my page immediately but because of these problems I can not. Please help me to fix these problems as soon as possible!

We’re working on the theme update now. Soon it’ll be restored on themeforest site.
To help you we need FTP access. Please provide us with it in Private Content. It’ll be visible only for administrators, so don’t worry.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We’ve fixed the issue with the Cart page. The problem was caused by wrong image dimensions. We’ve regenerated thumbnails.
    Please check it now.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thank you. Now seems to be OK, but problem is with woocommerce translation. Your template uses internal WooCommerce folder and files. Global .po and .mo language files for WooCommerce plugin doesn’t work with your files, because they look like this:
    <?php _e(‘Price’, ETHEME_DOMAIN); ?>
What files and where I should put to translate your WooCommerce files?

    Hello,

For this you need to change the words as you wrote above. <?php _e(‘Price’, ETHEME_DOMAIN); ?>
You can write us words you need to translate and we can help you find it.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    So:
    <?php _e(‘Price’, ETHEME_DOMAIN); ?> change into <?php _e(‘Cena’, ETHEME_DOMAIN); ?>

and every expression and word like this in every file?

If so I will find all expressions by myself in your files. I thought I can use some .po & .mo files to translate it.

There is another error in my demo version shop. I’m trying to add more than 10 products in one category – eg. 12. The catalog is split into two pages. First is 10 products on the list, but when I’m trying to switch to second page (pagination at the bottom) NOTHING HAPPENS!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

The issue with pagination has been fixed.
    Please check.

To translate words you need edit .po file as described in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/#!/how_to_translate
