If you write id of a parent category in the settings child categories of the parent category will be also displayed. Unfortunately this is the only way to display child categories. Sorry.

I’ve changed number to 5 for “products per row” in Theme Options > Products Page Layout. Now you have 5 products per row on the category page “smart-phones”.
Add this code in custom.css to move tabs to the center:

.tabs .tab-title:first-child {
    margin-left: 230px !important;
}

The problem is your original image sizes are too small. You need upload images with dimensions 1425px × 1900px approximately.
Please try to reupload image in high resolution and check zoom after that.
