WooPress many stuff – I need proper information and not waste time

Hi guys,

When I bought this theme me dazzled the possibilities of the demos, but after installing it, and start using it, I see that toddas these posibiidades are not such, since mostly no way to know how to replicate them.
An example is the sale slider (https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/fullwidth/?page_id=15620), how do I replicate this? if the information on how to do, not exist. And not only that, I wish I could replicate such and that worked well each shorcodes, each type of page. But also if when I import one of the versions that have set, is not load the entire contents of that version, I have no where to consult on how to do.
What I need is better information, better documentation of each of the features and capabilities of the theme, and also have access to the sources from which you create demo versions. I can not waste hours and hours turning the forum looking for someone has already asked or expecting an answer in the best delay one hour minimum.
I need to get to work at the site of my client without stopping tasks every hour to ask how to solve a new problem.
I know you do your best to answer my questions and solve each of the problems I raise them, but it would be better for everyone if I could do it myself.
Do not ask to reveal me the secrets of the theme code, what I ask is the posibility to use and work without interruptions of the product I bought you.

“Cuando compré este tema me deslumbraron las posibilidades que muestran las versiones de demostración, pero luego de instalarlo, y empezar a usarlo, veo que toddas esas posibiidades no son tal, ya que en su gran mayoría no hay forma de saber como replicarlas.
Un ejemplo es el “sale slide” (https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/fullwidth/?page_id=15620), como hago para replicar esto? si en ningún lugar hay información de como hacerlo. Y no es solo esto, quisiera poder replicar tal cual y que funionara bien cada uno de los shorcodes, cada tipo de página. Pero además si cuando importo una de las versiones que tienen establecidas no me carga en su totalidad el contenido de esa versión, no tengo de donde consultar sobre como hacer.
Lo que necesito es mejor información, mejor documentación de cada una de las características y posibilidades del tema, y además tener acceso a las fuentes de donde ustedes crean las versiones de demostración. No puedo perder horas y horas dando vuelta por el foro buscando que alguien ya haya preguntado, ni esperando una respuesta que en el mejor de los casos demora una hora mínimo.
Necesito ponerme a trabajar en el sitio de mi cliente sin tener que detener las tareas cada hora para preguntar como solucionar un problema nuevo.
Sé que ustedes hacen lo mejor posible por contestar mis preguntas y solucionar cada uno de los problemas que les planteo, pero sería mejor para todos si pudiera hacerlo por mi mismo.
No pido que me revelen los secretos del código del tema, lo que pido es poder usar y trabajar sin interrupciones en el producto que les compré.

Hello

In case you mean the slider on the top with “sale” title it can be created via 8theme products element. Please select “etheme product” in VC and mark single products as “sale” in woocommerce->product setings. Then select “sale” category in “etheme product” as on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/6qc7g3.

this slide are just an example, I’ll be very glad when 8theme remake the documentation for WooPress, including all of the instructions, same way as you give me before
