There is no shortcode for brands. You can use them as menu items, just add brands into your menu in Appearance > Menus and they will open as separate pages. If “Brands” doesn’t show in Appearance > Menus in the left block then you can activate it in “Screen Options” at the top of the page.

I’ve disabled “Just Catalog” in Theme Options > Shop and shopping cart has appeared.
Please check. If you want to remove shopping cart go to Theme Options > Header > “Enable cart widget” set to “Off”.

Unfortunately custom footer can’t be set for Shop page and product categories pages. On these pages footer from “Footer 1” and “Footer 2” area is loaded from Appearance > Widgets that is . Here is the tutorial how to create footer: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/9_footer
