I’ve removed one on “SUBZERO WOLF” page. Please check this page, the cart is shown.

1. You can change icon color using some image editor because this icon is loading from image wp-content/themes/royal/images/sprite/icons.png

2. Add this code in custom.css file:

.ico-sum { background: url("http://path_to_your_icon_image") }

3. Do you want to change dotted border?
Edit this code:

.header-type-3.slider-overlap .header .shopping-cart-widget { border: 1px dashed #7D7D7D; }

If you want solid and bolder line with black color, for example, add this code in custom.css file:

.header-type-3.slider-overlap .header .shopping-cart-widget { border: 3px solid black; }
