Having this error, but then cannot find the file in cpanel

This is visible on the checkout page once an order has been processed. Though now it doesn’t even say transaction complete when payment is taken

I have made a test transaction and this is the error – this is visible without being logged in

    public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 264

    Hello,

    You didn’t specify the error.
Please show a screenshot and provide us with wp-admin panel/FTP credentials in private content.

    Thank you.
    Regards,

I cannot upload the screen shot.
But basically once payment has been taken it doesnt state order processed, woocommerce doesnt pick up the order (i just get a PayPal notification) and this error is shown

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 640592 bytes) in /home/jadores/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 264

This theme is causing a lot of fatal errors!

You will see this is you do a test transaction

    Hello,

You need contact your host and ask them to increase memory_limit value.
Also you can upload screenshot to some image storage, for example http://imgur.com/ , and give us a link to an image.
But first please ask your host to increase memory value.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted” error means that you’re lack of memory on your server account.
Please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
