Hi,
I recently purchased Theme Royal, and I’m having a lot of issues when I try to import royal_ess_grid.json because it doesn’t exists, however I have this files:
ess_grid_1.json
ess_grid_2.1.json
ess_grid_2.2-json
ess_grid_3.json
What can I do? Someone could help me?

Hello,

You need import those parts of files one by one. Please read our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/essential_grid
royal_ess_grid.json was divided into parts because some customers had problem with importing whole file.

I’ve already done what you say, but I don’t have the skin with the shortcode: royal_ess_gird.json

Hello,

I’ve already told you that the file royal_ess_gird.json was divided into several parts because some clients had difficulties with importing whole file, you need import those parts that are in the theme package one by one.

Hello, we return to the problem again.

Let’s start at the beginning: I import the .json files(ess_grid_1.json, ess_grid_2.1.json, ess_grid_2.2-json, ess_grid_3.json) everything goes fine until the moment that I create a new product, with the default skin. When I create it with its price and that stuff it looks like that and only shows one product however in that category/page there are more products: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4VFx8JKo4eudURhUXhub2MzZ1U/view?usp=sharing

But when I use the YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin everything’s right, like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4VFx8JKo4euNlVqeWhyM3JrcVU/view?usp=sharing

I want to use that skin but no the plugin, so help me to solve the issues.
