1. Please try to edit the file header-structure-4.php in wp-content/themes/royal/headers directory.

2. You copy the file with the same directory structure in your child theme.

3. You can edit those links in wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php (lines 1037-1090).

You can try to add this code in custom.css file:

@media (max-width: 480px) {.cart_del_column {
 display: table-cell !important;
}}

but you have to use horizontal scroll to see “delete” icon.
To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco directory via FTP and enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.
Also product can be removed if you select “0” for quantity box and then update the cart.

As I see you don’t have Korean translation files in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/languages.
You need edit .po file to translate the theme.

I’ve selected it and now one-page menu is working.
Clear browser cache and check.

You need edit footer block in wp-admin panel > Static Blocks > edit Footer Variant that you imported. To enable Visual Composer editor for Static blocks go to Visual Composer > General Settings > mark all “Content types”.
Then you’ll be able to edit footer block.
Please specify where you see “designed by ….” text.

You need download a new theme version from the site http://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976 (log in with your envato account credentials) and download the archive from Downloads section.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

How to update the theme is described here (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same):
