Mobile Cart not working – "your cart is emty" issue

    After adding a product to the cart it (version1) it shows up in the small cart icon in the menu but after clicking on it, going to the cart site itself, it shows “your cart is empty”.
    Doing the same on the desktop version all is working fine and the product shows up in the cart site.
    I have reinstalled the theme – same issue. Now I saw that even in your demo version it doesn’t work.

    Is there a fast way to fix this or it needs an update so mobile cart is working correctly?

    Hello Eva,
    I still have the issue on my site, but it looks like the demo version got fixed because the cart is working now in the mobile version.
    Could you please share how it got fixed? Is it a template issue or a host setting issue?

    This is happening on my version of the theme too. How can I fix this?

    Hi Eva,

    I have tried it again on an iPhone 6 running the latest version of iOS and when an item is added to the cart the number increases on the icon on the top right. However when the user visits the the cart page it just says the cart is empty.

    Hello @josh.gare,

    We checked your site on iPhone too and didn’t find any issues.
    Products are shown on the Cart page.

    Try to clear cache of your browser in iPhone and check once more. Also try to check on other devices.
