Please pay attention to errors, as you can see files can’t be found in the directory wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/, so the issue is with Woocommerce plugin or there are some restrictions on a server at your host.
We recommend you to contact Woocommerce support team concerning this issue.

We imported demo data on our test sites and spam comments weren’t present there.
Try to remove comments in your wp-admin panel and install some plugin that prevents spam posting.
