Widgets in Footer disappear after WooCommerce Update

Hi 8theme,

My footer widgets disappeared after i installed the woocommerce update, could you advise me on how to get them back?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

hi there, is there any further insight into what is happening? i see you have managed to install the footer 2 back into the site, but when i go into widgets i am unable to see them under widget blocks 5-9, what would your team advise?

Hello,

Your footer is created in Static Block section of wp-admin panel.
Please check it. You’ll find your footer there.

Hi, can you also check the revolution slider that does not work? I can’t seem to get it to load in chrome, it only shows a greyed out box

Hello,

Please update WordPress to the latest version.
Also you didn’t update the plugins as I asked you in the previous post. Download the latest versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and update them via FTP.
After that check slider.
