To update a plugin you need connect to a server via FTP and go to site directory, open the folder wp-content/plugins and overwrite the existing plugin folder (for example “js_composer”) with a new folder that you downloaded (extract the archive before).
Concerning https protocol, as I see you have “mixed content” errors. To fix them please refer to these articles:

You shouldn’t worry about this notice. We edited Woocommerce templates in wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce and old version can be written in those files. The notice doesn’t affect your site at all. If you want to hide it you can edit the files that are mentioned in Woocommerce > System Status and change “Version” field to the current Woocommerce plugin version that you’re using.

You set the same anchors for all rows. They should be the ones that you added in Appearance > Menus. For example, I changed the anchor in a row for menu “Water Quality”:http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0731/h_1438363295_3818906_d63a708648.png
You should name all other row anchors with the appropriate menu anchor.
