Hello,

Please set dimensions in Woocommerce settings as described in the documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce
then regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .
On our demo site images have original dimensions 1425px × 1900px.

Hello,

You can hide slider arrows for related posts using this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.related-posts .owl-controls { display: none; }

Please show a page where images aren’t centered.

Please clear browser cache and check again.

Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.
After that check the tabs.

Hello,

The only way to close promo popup window is to tick “Don’t show this popup again” and close it.
After that the popup won’t appear again after you reload a page.

Do you mean you want to have VC editor for Promo Popup? Sorry, but there is no such possibility. You can create a block for popup window in Static Blocks section and use shortcode [block id= " "] for popup content (just write the block id).

Are you unable to set background for promo popup?
Please provide correct wp-admin panel credentials and specify what you’re trying to do.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
