Blanco description tab - by Pedro - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi

I’m trying to rename the “description” tab in Blanco 3.3 and Woocommerce 2.4.7.

How could I do this?

Also when editing a this tab “description” and “the text besides the product image” they do appear in the opposite/reverse place.

e.g. the text input by the image appears at the bottom “description tab” and the product details from “description tab” beside the image.

So in reverse?

Can you please help?

To edit tabs please refer to Woocommerce documentation http://docs.woothemes.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/ .
Your link gived 404 error. Please provide us with a correct page url and give us access to WP Dashboard.

Hi There

Thanks for the reply I never got notified of it.

This is actually secondary, I have an issue with the shipping calculator on the cart page, the shipping works fine on the checkout when you select a country from the list.

The first issue was that we had a fatal error “…woocommerce/cart/shipping-calculator.php on line 67”

And implemented these changes https://www.8theme.com/topic/product-page-on-wp-admin-display-and-tables-are-broken/#post-51387 the fatal error disappeared but the shipping calculator on the cart still does not function and even if I disbale shipping calculator on the cart page, once a country is selected on the checkout page and if you go back to the cart it remembers the country first selected and does not change it.

Can you please take a look.

Hello,

Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you have.
After that check shipping calculator.

Hi

Thanks that seems to have worked. I can now calculate shipping on the cart page, all seems fine there.

Then once on the checkout page, if I change the country it will not change to the respective shipping zone. This was possible before.

This is not a major issue but would be good to fix if possible.

On the original issue the tabs http://docs.woothemes.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/ I had a dveloper attempting this and seems no code we put into functions.php does anything. Should this go into code/functions.php instead, it seems functions.php is almost empty.

Hello,

I tried to change country on Checkout page and price is changing:

Please clear browser cache and check again.
The code for tabs should be added into wp-content/themes/blanco/functions.php file.

It’s incorrect.
What editor did you use when pasting it?
Remove that code in functions.php file.

We didn’t create any users on your server.
Only our staff has access to private content, users can’t view it.

You should check access logs with your hosting provider and they should give you more information concerning this issue.

Hi there

Can you help with Blanco woocom shortcodes.

I’m using [etheme_best_selling_products per_page=”4″] does not seem to be working properly here .

Anything similar to wp-ecom [etheme_bestsellers title=”bestsellers”] working here

Tried [etheme_featured] insert the featured products slider (only for WooCommerce plugin);
Does not work, or how do you feature products in Woocom?

I’m sorry but this is just to much to be a coincidence, twice I post the logins in private and twice the site get hacked within a few hours. Nothing has happened to it in over three years.

As this thread has links pointing at our site, I would be most grateful if you could simply delete it and let me know when it is done!
