    We need to investigate this problem that’s why full access is required.
    If you are sure there is only CSS issue then we suppose that you’ve made changes in the original style.css file haven’t you?

    We’d be thankful if you create FTP account for us and provide full permissions to WP admin panel.

    I’ve removed the file vc_row.php in wp-content/themes/royal/vc_templates directory which is deleted in Royal 2.3 version.
    Please clear browser cache and check home page now.

    I’ve disabled Hard Crop option for images in Woocommerce settings and regenerated thumbnails.

    There is no such possibility, but you can rename Brands in the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/woo.php (lines 560, 570).

    Hello,

    “Service Unavailable” error is related to server configuration.
    Fastcgi is configured on a server, it’s not related to the theme.

    You need contact your hosting provider and ask them to investigate error logs on the server to find reason of the problem.

    Have you checked products with Twenty Fifteen theme?
    Please do this. If the plugin doesn’t work with the default WordPress theme then you should contact the plugin developers.

    I’ve checked single product page with default WordPress Twenty Fifteen theme and gallery images aren’t shown there too.
    Please check yourself.

    You need contact the plugin authors to investigate it, mention to them that the issue persists not only with Royal theme, but with Twenty Fifteen theme too.
