1. To change font color in sidebar use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    color: #000 !important;
}

To add icons to sidebar you can use some 3rd-party plugin.

2. Plus/minus feature for quantity box was removed in Woocommerce update.

All described problems were caused by your code which you added to Sign Up text blocks in footer and home page. Here is the conflicting part of your code:

I’ve deleted Sign Up text block in Static Blocks > footer to check the issue with tabs in single product page. As you can see here http://www.skinmade.com.au/product/hair-serum-coconut-cedarwood/ cart popup and tabs are working fine.

As for the home page remove problematic text block (Sign Up block) http://prntscr.com/9vmybc and recreate it without the mentioned js code.
