    Hi there,

I have a developer that has downloaded the latest theme version from Envato & installed it – trying to get everything updated & current (including Woocommerce files). It keeps crashing the site. Currently, my purchasers are having difficulty checking out on the site with the current version of the theme & woocommerce.

    What can we do?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

As I see you’re using old theme version.
May we update it? Please make sure you have a back up of the files and database.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi there,

My site is backed up now. Please go ahead with the update. I believe when you update however, that woocommerce will be out of date and I’m in fear that the update is going to crash the site… that is what has been happening, as I mentioned previously.

This bug has popped up in the middle of a product launch, which I previously avoided the Legenda update as at the time it was NOT compatible with Woocommerce. Please advice if it is in fact compatible with Woocommerce otherwise I will need to purchase a new theme.

    Hi there,

I’m in the middle of a product launch, the cart is supposed to close today, I was wondering if there is an update on when I can expect this to be worked on (see previous message) or if I need to move onto another theme.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I’ve updated the theme and Visual Composer, Revolution Slider plugins.
Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
