    There is incompatibility issue with new WordPress version and Visual Composer plugin.
    They have released a new version 4.11.2 to fix it. So please update VC plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Do you mean you want to add “Contact Us” link to the section where “Sign In” link is?

    Also check if the same problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ too or only with our theme.

    In your error_log file via FTP I see the error:
    PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 115343360 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 281923 bytes) in /home/prunesmex/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php on line 812

    There is lack of memory on a server where you host your site.
    Ask your hosting provider support to increase memory_limit value to 256M, also increase values for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize functions to 64M.

    For slider try to use “Auto” option in the settings:

    Also use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    margin-right: -100px;
}

    The issue is caused because you added padding values for some elements in VC editor and they are also applied for mobile view.

    Ask your hosting provider support to restore site from the latest back up so you have working VC plugin and previous WordPress version.

    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too. Seems Screets Chat plugin isn’t compatible with WPML. You should contact WPML support regarding this problem.

    Please check if the issue persists only with our theme or with other theme too.
    Seems there is incompatibility issue between new WordPress version and Visual Composer.
    We recommend you to revert back from back up to the previous WordPress version.

    You selected to show 4 projects per row in Theme Options > Portfolio > Columns, but you have only 3 projects. Change the value to “3” in Theme Options and check Portfolio page then.
