    Hi,

    I made a page and chose a slideshow instead of heading and breadcrumps. The slideshow is working fine but it’s a little big. If I change the size in Revolution slider nothing happens. How can I change the slideshow area when i choose a slideshow instead of heading?

    Also I would like to make my menu area thinner and move it up so there ain’t that much space between my logo and the menu area. How can I do this?

    I also have a lot of other questions – but lets start with this 🙂

    Thank you

    Hello,

    I’ve changed slider height to 300px in the slider settings and now it’s smaller. Please check.
    To get less space in the header add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .navbar {
       padding: 0px 0;
    }
    .header-type-7 .menu-wrapper .menu-main-container > ul > li > a {
        padding: 11px 17px;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Cool, thank you so much!

    Now I have another question. The themes responsive option is set to “on”. Everything works fine on my computer! But one of my friends have a Lenovo laptop. And the slideshow is not showing the entire image – like the image is to big or something. But it fits the requested size and again – it all works on mine.
    There are also other things – it’s like the Lenovo computer shows everything in a different way.

    Do you have any idea if Lenovo computers shows the Royal theme different than other computers?

    Hello,

    it’s like the Lenovo computer shows everything in a different way.

    I don’t see any issues on the screenshot you provided.
    Do you mean slider is big when viewing on laptop?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    No my issue is, that when everything looks right and normal on my macbook it looks wrong on a Lonovo computer. Everything I do on the page which looks fine on my macbook always looks completely different on the Lenovo computer.

    On the screenshot i sent to you earlier some of the text on the right side was cut away because the image seemed to big. I know it was hard to see. So now I share two other pictures from earlier today. One of them is on my macbook where everything looks right. The other is on the Lenovo computer where it seems that the image is too big – or the slider to small. Can you follow me?

    My macbook: https://www.dropbox.com/s/eyh8si2syyw6vd0/IMG_3999.jpeg?dl=0
    Lenovo computer: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2waar9sv9mda7l2/IMG_53001.jpg?dl=0

    I just need it to show the same on each computer and I don’t know what the problem is.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hello,

    It seems the problem is not with lenovo, but different browsers are used.
    Please check your site in Chrome browser too, not in Safari and show the result.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    Yes it shows at little different result in Chrome – but not that bad I think. But how can I solve it, so the result is the same or at least acceptable in all browsers? 🙂

    Hi again,

    Well theres a huge difference between google chrome on my macbook and google chrome on a Lenovo computer. I still think the problem is at Lenovo. Take a look at these screenshots. Both from Google Chrome but the Lenovo still dosen’t show the slideshow right.

    Macbook Google Chrome:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/1cq91dvsapuj526/IMG_4143.JPG?dl=0 (the text is all there)

    Lenovo Google Chrome:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/tn0tsaec6kub6gq/IMG_53041.jpg?dl=0 (the text gets cut away)

    Hello,

    I checked your slider on Lenovo computer too and this is what I got:
    https://i.gyazo.com/6b9fba6d4b0b2d11392064967dce71f3.png .
    The problem may be related to different screen dimensions.

    Try to upload your slider images as main background image http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/0331/h_1459435646_6430838_15b1a8686c.png and not as layers.

    Hi,

    I tried to set the images as a background and now I can’t even get them to fit Google Chrome and Safari at my macbook at the same time.. Watch this:

    Hello,

    Now I’ve changed Background Fit option to “normal”. Slide is shown this way:
    http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0401/h_1459531242_5047903_30ad340893.png

    Please check on your side.
    Also you can change background image options yourself in the slider settings and test what fits for you best.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late answer, I have been sick for days.

    Everything seems normal at my end now. I will ask my Lenovo user if everything is normal at her end as well. But if you are using a Lenovo computer, it should all be good 🙂

    I will get back to you.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    The slideshow looks normal at our end now – thank you so much!! 🙂

    As I mentioned earlier I stille have a couple of questions for this website.

    First of all:
    On the single product pages: How do i remove the “Product description” title?
    My customer wishes this title removed and then the price and description moved to the top. I have tried to make a screenshot.

    Also on the single product pages: How do I hide the sidebar on the single product pages? On the left side you now see “Brand” and then the different brands. My customer wishes to hide that.

    Lets start with this – I hope you know what I mean 🙂

    See screenshot here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/znnhpb9g651qspz/Sk%C3%A6rmbillede%202016-04-04%20kl.%2012.09.17.png?dl=0
