Hello Eva,

After installation this theme to our site, I’ve try to upload default version of Royal theme.

When I click the demo default button from theme panel its show like this : http://awesomescreenshot.com/02a5shk452 and nothing happened here.

I’ve try manuel import : http://awesomescreenshot.com/07b5shkfea nothing happened!

And after trying 2 hrs finally I’ve import but not like your demo : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0935shl442

No WooCommerce items no original menu like your demo no bottom sections :s

Also after click page > edit > backend editor from VC its show like this : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0935shlgf5

What I missed? Please help me about it..

Already import est. grid JSON’s

Already import theme options.txt

Already import default-demo.xml

But nothing happened :s

Attached login details please help me the problems.

Hello,

Please update Ultimate VC Addons and Revolution Slider plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Then check home page.

Ok going to update now, but what about menu and other default inner pages?

Any change to import all pages like your demo?

No other pages, no other elements in the page builder.

Hello,

Base demo content doesn’t include all pages, only basic ones.
As for backend editor, VC authors have modified Tabs element and you have to recreate it, resave the page and other content will be loaded.
