Page loading issue and WooCommerce compatibility issue

    I am having an issue with some pages loading up and it seems that there is a WooCommerce compatibility issue with your theme causing the issue.

    Hello,

    Please show a direct page where we can see the issue.
    Also check if the same problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ too or only with our theme.

    Please go to the link provided and click on the View tab on any of the contracts and you will see that non of them show up.

    Eva,

    Now I am having issues with the add to cart button on my products pages. The add to cart button is no longer visible since I changed the permalinks. Please advise….

    Hello,

    As I see there is only “Customize” button on single product page and the same button is shown with StoreFront theme too.
    So you need check your customization or plugins as the issue persists not only with our theme.

    The add to cart button was there just 30 minutes ago, but when I changed the permalinks to fix the Contracts plugin, now I am having the add to cart button issue. Can you help me figure out a solution?

    Hello,

    As I told you the same issue persists with Storefront theme too, so you have to check plugin settings or disable plugins one by one as some may cause the issue.
