Extract the archives and upload new versions to your server in wp-content/plugins directory overwriting the current folders. For example to update Visual Composer plugin go to wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite the folder “js_composer” with a new version that you download. The same process is for other plugins.

Hello,
Concerning the issue with mail you should contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check mail logs to check why email can’t be sent from your site. There should be some notices.
There was incorrectly added row in the page “Applications”, I’ve removed it and now fronted editor is working for it.
Clear browser cache and check.
Also check your other pages and delete this code http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0601/h_1464766384_1426847_24e459f386.jpeg via Classic text editor that is placed at the bottom.

Hello,
Old Visual Composer version isn’t compatible with new WordPress version.
You must update all plugins via FTP, download the archives here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Also update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
