Hello I complained about the Live chat offline mode not being stable. I observed that if you open the offline chat form after 6-7 seconds it automatically reloads the page. I was asked to remove the url redirect which i did, and was later adviced to contact the plugin creators for assistance. This morning i got the mail and it reads

We can help you with different questions if a problem appears only with our theme. But if a problem persists with default WordPress theme and you need the plugin support you should buy a license and contact to their support team.
