    Thanks for working logins, I have checked your site and found you are using another theme and not activating the Xstore theme, Please first activate the Xstore theme from Dashboard>> Appearance >> Themes and then register the Xstore theme.     It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Alright, I have checked your issue and found that on mobile when the next image slide, in between, the desktop image appears just for a moment. It is because you added a mobile image using an image element in the slider as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/rdrGvv32 and the desktop images are set on the slider background so that’s why when the elements scroll or slide, the background thing will appear until the elements scrolls or slide completely. The visibility option is for the elements like if there is a text that you don’t want to show on mobile you can use this option but this option will not work for the backgrounds as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/3y1rJwPX

    So the thing is if you want to show a different image for mobile and desktop you have to create two sliders and then set both sliders on the site. I can see that you are using an element in the page to set the slider as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/WdvC5c4C now to show different sliders you have to add two sliders on the page and in the column settings of the page builder you can hide the slider from the specific devices.     Yes, you are right I have checked your issue and it appears just as you describe.

    Now, if you want to show the category in the filter by the category order then simply go to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets, and then from there edit the product category widget and set the “ORDER” option in it as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/Mn3p0NrV then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    For using your site in multiple languages, you have to use the plugin.
    Our theme is fully compatible with the WPML plugin.

    If you want to translate and use your site in multilanguage then you have to purchase and use the WPML plugin, you can further check the WPML site here: https://wpml.org/

    OR you can use the Polylang plugin as well it is a free one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/

    Our theme supports both plugins. So, you can use the one that you like more. WPML has more options (String translator, multicurrency, etc, you can check the list of the WPML feature and Polylang features and compare) in my opinion but if Polylang suits your need then there is no problem to use that.

    In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme for this, and it is the default WooCommerce functionality, our theme does not have any influence on it, so this requires extra Customziation.

    Actually, the option “Mobile Content Optimization” is used to help to disable unused HTML, CSS, and JS of the desktop elements for mobile versions. Keep disabled if you use cache for the mobile devices of the cache plugin, and I can see that you are using cache plugins and other cache options too in the “Speed optimization Wizard” feature of our theme see the image: https://postimg.cc/MvVrRfkb and https://postimg.cc/q68XtntN so it might be possible that the options are conflicts with each other also with the plugin too.

    So please disable this option “Mobile Content Optimization” and use the other optimization features of the theme and of the plugins in order to optimize the site speed.

    2- Sorry to say that but there is no option like this in the menu to set as you want. But our theme has a feature in which you can create a mega menu using a static block. In this option, you can create a mega menu using page builder so this will be possible if you create the mega menu using the static block feature.     Actually, the issue you are facing is because of the core plugin was not installed correctly.

    And your provided Logins are not for Admin, so please share your site WP Admin Login details and the Cpanel or FTP Logins as well in a private content area of this topic and let me know with which page builder you want to import the Demo. With WP Bakery or Elementor?
