    Greetings,
I have a problem with ajax pagination on shop page, the request takes a long time to complete and makes the website unresponsive for around 8-10 seconds. I have included a video showcasing this issue. I do not face this issue on my Android phone nor on my computer, however I got this feedback from 4 different clients all of whom are on ios devices. I am using optimized images and thumbnails for shop page products list.
    Thanks in advance

    Hello, @Behrang,

Your provided WP Admin Login details are not correct/working: https://postimg.cc/kVGsVTCW

And please try to turn OFF the Ajaxify from the theme settings and check back.

You will find it under XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/V587gBWP

And then check back your site after clearing the cache and let me know the result.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

Thank you for your response. You can login with the credentials again. I believe disabling ajax pagination, filtering will solve the problem, but is there a way to find the root issue? Ajax pagination/filtering is a huge UX plus and I’d rather have it on my website if the long response time issue can be solved.
    Thanks

    Hello,

We’ve temporarily disabled Ajax pagination/filtering via Theme Options, the bug is disappeared now and your site works fast. Check video in the Private Content area.
1/ Please test it from your side, and let us know.
If the problem is solved for you too, it means something wrong with the Ajax functionality. We did not get reports from other customers about this problem, so it can be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin on your site, or something else.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, enable Ajax pagination and Ajax Product Filters via Theme Options, and then check. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem. Let us know the result.
3/ Could you provide temporary FTP access? then I will ask our dev team to check the situation of your site more deeply.
Waiting for your reply to 3 questions.

    Regards

    Greetings,
Thank you for looking into this. The issue was resolved when disabling ajax pagination and filtering. I see that you have enabled ajax pagination/filtering again, but the auto-scroll to the top after loading is finished is not working when switching pages. Was the issue caused by auto-scroll to the top since all images fall into the viewport and immediately get loaded?

    Hello, @Behrang,

It was a little code that we have changed in the core theme files and that change will also apply in the theme files with our upcoming updates of the theme, so no need to worry about it.

Thanks, the only remaining issue is to scroll to the top after page change and adding/removing filters.

    Hello, @Behrang,

We have the option under XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Filters “Scroll To Top After Ajax Product Filters”: https://postimg.cc/RJBvRwpc

Turn it ON and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
