Hi, i have a problem when i scroll up and down constantly the images of the products in the store stop loading.

Hello, @David Zoque,

Please follow the below listed proposed solutions from us one by one and check which one will work for you.

1. Try to switch OFF the “Ajax Product Pagination” from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout and check back after clearing the cache.

If the issue will persist then:

2. Please switch OFF the chat feature from your site and check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

If still, the issue will persist then:

Please clone your site as a test site and share your cloned site WP Admin and FTP OR CPanel Credentials with us in a private content area of this topic, so that we will check it for you further.

Thanks i have “Ajax Product Pagination” disable, i dissabled the chat plugin but the issue still persist.
