    Hello, @kutmaster,

    The URL of your site you provided is not the WordPress one, but it is the PrestaShop: https://postimg.cc/d7FdHjhG

    Can you please make sure that you have provided the correct site URL? As this platform is for the XStore WordPress Theme support.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Ulysses,

    1. Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it will make sure that the issue is not with our theme and in that case you have to contact WooCommerce support for checking this issue as the Login and Registration functionality is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin.

    2. And if it will work fine with the default WordPress theme then activate the XStore theme again on your site, and try to check once by deactivating all the third-party plugins on your site, it might be any third-party plugin conflict. If that will resolve your issue then you have to again activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is generating the issue on your site and then try to reach out to the plugin author.

    Lastly, if both the above suggestions will not help you out then please take the complete backup of your site and remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site as well and share the site WP Admin and FTP Login Credentials with us in a private content area of this topic so that we will check it for you.

    Note: We also need your permission to debug your site as well which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Cessar,

    Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> XStore >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> XStore-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

    Note:
    1. Custom (recommended)
    2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

    https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/msginit?utm_medium=plugin&utm_campaign=wp&utm_source=admin&utm_content=plugin-msginit#order

    If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello, @Brian O’Donnell,

    I understood your issue. Let me tell you how it works.
    When we set the variations on the product while settings it you will see a code like “#1596” on every variation this is the order in the lower number will appear first on the product page now if you see the numbers on this image: https://postimg.cc/XZDC8RTz and then now see the variation on this image: https://postimg.cc/CdpCdqVB so that now you understand how to set the variations on the products.

    OR You can try with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ you have to install the plugin on your site and then simply drag and drop the attributes from Products >> Attributes as per your requirements, It will impact on the frontend as well.

    Hello, @naijapropertyhub,

    In the image, you shared with us about your issue I see that it is a Shop archive page and by default, the variation appears on the single product page. To enable the variation on the Shop archive page simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop Elements >> Variation Swatches then enable the variation and set the settings as per your need see image: https://postimg.cc/v4VDW1GC
    Once you have done kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @naijapropertyhub,

    Unfortunately, there is no option in the theme to change the color of it. You have to do it with the CSS code. I see that you already tried it with the Custom CSS code but the code you added was wrong.

    Please copy and paste the below-given code to the XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS.

    .content-product .price{color:#aa004f !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Note: In the above code the HexaCode “#aa004f” is the color you can change it as per your requirements.

    Hello, @mikeb,

    1. First of all, please note that the color you will set will apply to the complete sentence not only on the count because the complete sentence is in the single/same div.

    Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS and change the color value as per your requirements.

    .sales-booster-live-viewing {
        color: red !important;
    }

    2. For changing the Icon, you have to use the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS and change the icon code as per your requirements.

    You will find all the icons here: https://xstore.8theme.com/xstore-icons/

    .sales-booster-live-viewing i.et-icon.et-view::before {
        content: "\e955" !important;
    }

    Here is the Result: https://postimg.cc/grT78w09

    Hello, @mikeb,

    1) No, sorry to say that, but it is the default behavior of WordPress and you can confirm it by activating the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two as well.

    2) Our theme has a feature “AJAX add to cart for simple and variable products” using it you will be able to add the product with AJAX mode without loading the page so that when you go back after adding the product to the cart it will let the user to go back page. here is the video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/2zx65y

    Hello, @mikeb,

    You will find the Fake Live View Product Count functionality under XStore >> Sales Booster: https://postimg.cc/SXXvRkWL

    You can read more about it in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/sales-booster/

    For changing the Product Count Color and Eye Icon, you have to try with the Custom CSS, so can you please share the page URL and the screenshot of that product count and eye icon, so that I’ll check and help you out if possible.

    Hello, @Azager,

    First of all, please note that the Child Theme is only for Customization purposes, and there is no need to update it.

    You always have to update the Parent Theme.

    And if you did the Customization in your Child Theme then I suggest you to take the complete backup of your site before updating the theme so that if any issue will occur then you will have the working backup of your site.

    And then try to update the theme manually via FTP, you can follow our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    Hello, @Sadikul Islam,

    Yes, you have to set the radius of the border using Custom CSS as there is no such option in the theme for it.

    Please share the URL of the page having that sidebar so that I’ll check and provide you with the Custom CSS fix for it.

    Hello, @Sadikul Islam,

    Actually, yes, you are right, there is no such option in the particular widget to hide the product count, so you have to hide it using Custom CSS.

    Please share the URL of the page having those Filters and Product Counts so that I’ll check and provide you with the Custom CSS fix for it.

    Hello, @ziga32,

    I have again debugged your site now and my test site as well on which it is working fine for me.

    I have found that on my test site, I am using the Theme Widget: https://postimg.cc/Mc8MWPyh

    And on your site, you are using the WooCommerce Widget: https://postimg.cc/ppwyZG1p

    And both have a little different functionality and that is why I suggested to you in my last reply to use our Theme Widget: “8theme-Filter product by brand widget in the sidebar” so that it will work for you as well.

    If still, you are not able to understand it, then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us in a private content area like the below-listed format, so that I’ll check and help you out accordingly.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:
    Page URL in which the issue appears:

    Hello, @PJone,

    You solved your issue with the help of this code

    define(‘FORCE_SSL_LOGIN’, false);
    define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, false);
    define( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );
    define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true );

    Now, If you see the code you just set the SSL login to false and your issue is resolved. Also, you said that on the server there are other sites and they work fine, only this one has the issue.

    The thing is maybe your site has activated the SSL from the server and from the WordPress dashboard too so the connection is secure and the site is working without any error encrypting. Obviously, the preview will appear to be fine.
    This site has the SSL activated from the server but not from the WordPress dashboard that why when you set the query to force SSL login to false it works on your site so please first make sure that you have set the SSL to activate on the site from the WordPress dashboard too and your site URL is set to the HTTPS from the Dashboard >> Settings and please remove the query code that you added and check back your site after clearing the browser cache. It will solve your issue.

    Otherwise, there is no need to add the query. You can simply ask your service provider “Hosting Support” because it’s their responsibility to make sure all the sites on their server will run fine. They will look into it for you and fix your issue.

    Hope this is clear enough now.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
