How do i update from XSTORE Dashboard as getting error message

    An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    When trying to update using my XSTORE dashboard i am getting this error so I cannot update my theme

    can you please advise?

    Hello, @bagshaw50,

    Try to deactivate and activate the theme using your purchase code and then IMPORTANT: go to Dashboard > Updates > click CHeck again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

    You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issues.

    And if still you will not able to update it, then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials in a private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check and further help you out.

    This worked for theme but not the plug in

    so it is not giving me the option to update could you please look for me?

    This theme version requires the following plugin XStore Core to be updated up to 4.2.4 version
