Error installing and updating theme (tested on multiple sites)

    Hi,

    Hi, I downloaded the theme (XStore – All Files, Full Archive Theme 8.2.4 19 July 2022) from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/.
    When I install it now I get a message that the link has expired.

    If I grab an older version (8.2.3) and want to update the new version. I get this error.
    An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I have tried this on several websites.

    Hello, @Abram,

    Try to deactivate and activate the theme using your purchase code and then IMPORTANT: go to Dashboard > Updates > click CHeck again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

    You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issues.

    And if still you will not able to update it, then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials in a private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check and further help you out.

    I have tested this on multiple sites, Deactivated, deleted, tried again. Doesn’t seem to work. I have attached the login details.

    Your issue has been solved please check back your site now after removing the browser cache, I have updated the Theme on your site.

    Actually, I updated the theme on your site manually: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and it worked.
