Is is possible to select mulitple brands in the sidebar filter?

yes, but I can only select one brand, not multiple.

You can use the 8theme-Filter product by brand widget in the sidebar see the image of the widget for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/G4jTFs6N

Using this widget you can use multiple options here is the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/Lqw9L94w

I have again debugged your site now and my test site as well on which it is working fine for me.

I have found that on my test site, I am using the Theme Widget: https://postimg.cc/Mc8MWPyh

And on your site, you are using the WooCommerce Widget: https://postimg.cc/ppwyZG1p

And both have a little different functionality and that is why I suggested to you in my last reply to use our Theme Widget: “8theme-Filter product by brand widget in the sidebar” so that it will work for you as well.

If still, you are not able to understand it, then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us in a private content area like the below-listed format, so that I’ll check and help you out accordingly.

Hello,

Update the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and XStore Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Clear cache and check then.
If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, so I can send your question to our dev team.
If your site is live, we would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), and doing all updates there first.

Our dev team answered that multiple brands can be selected only in case they are for products together, for example – https://prnt.sc/XeQWQbw0S7BR > https://prnt.sc/21myzz9fGc4Y
Is is possible to select mulitple brands in the sidebar filter? – there is no such possibility, unfortunately (in case every product has only 1 brand associated).

Sorry, but that does not make any sense. Why would any product have 2 brands together?

Also is working ok on my other site

and of course each product only has 1 brand.
