    Hello, @grzesiekkolo,

    There was a cache issue on your site. I checked that you are using the cache plugin I just disable the plugin “Lightspeed cache” and your issue was resolved.

    Hello, @CJCORP,

    Thanks for the access I have checked your issue the thing is you are using the Elementor tab widget on the page and I have checked the settings of it there is no option to disable the first active tab. So I make it with a trick.
    I simply duplicate the first tab and then hide the first tab from the display so that the rest of the tab will appear closed. See image: https://postimg.cc/LYgR6fxQ

    Hello, @danny,

    This is not our theme issue, this seems to be the third-party plugin or the cache issue on your site.

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And make sure to remove the cache from the server, site, and browser as well.

    If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first before going to disabling the plugins.

    I have tested it on your site with the default WordPress Theme as well, and the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme as well, so it makes clear that the issue is not with our theme but with your WP or WOO, I suggest you to please contact WordPress or WooCommerce support and ask to fix it for you with the default WordPress Theme, once it will be fixed with the default WordPress Theme, it will automatically work fine with our theme as well.

    Your site is at maintenance mode and you didn’t share your site access with us so I am unable to check your issue on live.

    First, go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > disable this option. Clear cache and check the frontend after that.

    If your issue is not resolved then please share the Wp-admin access of your site in the private content area with us and if possible share a video of your issue.

    Hello, @danny,

    I see, But the thing is the email notifications are being generated from WooCommerce. Can you please first activate the WordPress default theme like (Twenty Twenty Two) and then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.

    If the same thing happens then please contact the WooCommerce plugin author in order to solve your issue. and if it is working fine with the default theme then please first take a complete backup of your site and allow us to change/remove the plugins and debug your site.

    Hello, @Alessandro,

    Actually, the issue on your site is because of that AMP plugin, when I checked your site on my mobile without AMP it is working fine, and when I checked your site on my mobile with AMP, it distorted and half of the content vanishes as well.

    And with Custom CSS this is not possible as I can see there are many other issues on your site as well in the mobile version with AMP, so I suggest you to please disable the AMP plugin from the Dashboard >> Plugins >> ALL Plugins and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    I have just checked your site now on my personal mobile phone and it is working perfectly fine, I have shared the screenshots in the private content area of this topic, you can check those, so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to check on any other real mobile device, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    2. Checkout page is the default WooCommerce page and you can not edit it directly. To edit this page requires extra customization, you can check the below-given articles and follow the instructions in them.

Yes, It is a cache issue, to solve this, first you have to contact your service provider (Hosting) and flush all the server cache and ask them to disable the cache system from the server after that please once try to disable the cache plugins, if you are using them in your site then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache it will be resolved and after completing the development, you can again turn ON the server cache and site cache as well.

    Please watch the video I have shared in the private content area of this topic, the issue is with your Child Theme Customization Code, as soon as I activated the parent theme on your site, the fake live viewing worked.
    It means you have some custom code in your child theme which is creating this issue on your site, so please contact your developer and ask them to check your Child Theme Customization code for you on your site.

    It must be the cache issue only at your end nothing else, please try to clear your site and browser cache and check back or try to check on any other computer on a fresh new browser.

    1.. Simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS then paste the below code there.

    .et_b_header-cart.et_element-top-level > a{color:black !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2.. For variable SKU the thing is these are the variable products user must select the attributes to add those products to the cart so for this user need to go to the product page to select the attributes that’s why the add to cart doesn’t appear on the shop archive page or home page.

    You can enable the variable/attributes for the home page and shop archive pages on the products so that users will choose the attributes from the homepage and shop archive page and add the product to the cart. simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop Elements >> enable the Variation Swatches from there and then save settings see image: https://postimg.cc/S2PqG5Vf

    Please try to check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme only or not? If it redirects you to my account page with the default WordPress Theme, then please share your site WP Admin and FTP Login credentials with us in a private content area of this topic so that we will check it for you on your site.

    Before providing us the required info, please take the complete backup of your site and also deactivate all the third-party plugins as well.

    And if it redirects you to the same page with the default WordPress theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not with our theme and in that case you have to try to contact WooCommerce or WordPress support.

    Try to deactivate and activate the theme using your purchase code and then IMPORTANT: go to Dashboard > Updates > click CHeck again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

    You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issues.

    No Sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme for this to make it a larger one, centered on the screen.     Hello, @SC,

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme to Customize in terms of colors the Specific Category, This requires extra Customization.

    You can achieve it using Custom CSS, but it will be a bit tricky.

    You have to inspect the particular category and then copy the particular category class: https://postimg.cc/64vYVvj0 and then set the Custom CSS for that particular class and add it under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS.
