Mobile Menu on main page – there is no “hamburger” menu

Hey,

I have an issue: on the main page (and only main) I noticed that the loaded menu has a view from a desktop. I turned off all plugins and even cache plugin( lightspeed cache) and still there is an issue. Xstore version is quite new.

Similar issue:
sometimes on desktop, there is a view from a tablet.

Hello, @grzesiekkolo,

I have just checked your site now on my personal mobile phone and it is working perfectly fine, I have shared the screenshots in the private content area of this topic, you can check those, so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to check on any other real mobile device, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

It seems to be the Multiple Header condition issue, please check it under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Multiple Header: https://postimg.cc/F7WHkJry

If still you will not able to solve it then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me in a private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check and help you out.

It seems – like in this error:

– view for mobile shows on desktop
– then view for desktop shows on mobile

Hello, @grzesiekkolo,

There was a cache issue on your site. I checked that you are using the cache plugin I just disable the plugin “Lightspeed cache” and your issue was resolved.

Hello,

Check now. If you are using that plugin, you need to disable Mobile Content Optimization in Theme Options > General.
