    Hi,

My website comes across a problem, after customers add products to the shopping cart, the ajax shopping cart sidebar is broken when they click the Cart icon. It appears to be like the image I embedded below,

    https://prnt.sc/zu5T3IIDAxp-
you may see the cart sidebar at the right floating on the right-hand side.

The weird thing is the cart sidebar works fine when no products are added to the cart but breaks when there are products in the cart.

Kindly help and see how can this problem be fixed? Thank you!

    Best,

    Kris

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for problems.
    Let us know the result

    Regards

    Hi Rose,

We tried but the result is still the same, even the mobile menu sidebar crashed when viewed on the mobile devices as well. Can you take a look and see what happened? It keeps happening so many times…

    Thanks.

    Best,

    Kris

    Hello, @Kris,

1.I have checked your site and there is no issue the ajax shopping cart sidebar is working fine, watch the complete video for better reference: https://www.veed.io/view/393aa2df-3952-45e2-91e6-95bd0920146e?sharingWidget=true

    2. I have also checked your site on my android mobile and there is no issue, the mobile menu sidebar is working fine watch the video here for better reference: https://www.veed.io/view/92976da3-b557-4887-b21f-b68a129bad89?sharingWidget=true

It must be the cache issue only at your end nothing else, please try to clear your site and browser cache and check back or try to check on any other computer on a fresh new browser.

    Hi Awais,

Thank you so much for your prompt reply, it is weird as we tried to clear the cache from the website end and also purge cache from the server side.

Maybe let me ask my team to check again tomorrow and see if those are fixed. Thank you so much!

    Best,

    Kris
