    Hello, @oscardc,

    To be very clear, we have not faced such issue before, and no any other customer notified this issue to us, you are the first one.

    And I am sure, it has nothing to do with our theme, as you also claimed that it happens sometimes and not every time, so if it is because of our theme then it should not have to show even a single time as well. Right?

    Finally, I have provided you with all the possible screenshots and video proof as well, that when I debugged which I explained in my previous reply it worked.

    Now the final solution is, I suggest you to try on any other computer on a very fresh browser where you did not access your site before and check the behavior.

    And here are the result images of each and every point you mentioned without login into your site.

    1- The store sidebar and categories do not appear (Check Result: https://postimg.cc/5Q1WYyFj )

    2- The description and information tabs of a single product page are not visible

    3- The section of brand logos, is disabled, only one is shown

    So it is clear that it was nothing but a cache issue. Please note: that whenever you made changes from the backend or from the theme option each and every time you have to clear the cache from the WP Rocket plugin to check the results.

    1. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Please share the screenshot that which title and subtitle you want to make bold in the mega menu so that I’ll check and provide you with the proper and particular solution for it.

    3. You can change the Body & heading Font from XStore >> Theme Settings >> Typography. And you can check the element settings which you are using on your site for the typography option, if it has then you can change it from the element settings Otherwise you have to change it using Custom CSS.

    Now, I have checked your site the CDN is activated on the site check here: https://postimg.cc/NLMkKBQM First please contact your service provider to disable the CDN and flush the server cache completely also, please disable the cache system from the server until your site is in the development mode you can enable the CDN and cache system again once your site will be live.

    Try to check the site on any other Mobile on a fresh new browser and I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    Hello, @SkalasEyg,

    If you are able to see the changes in Customizer and not able to see the changes after publishing it on the page front, then it means you are facing the cache issue only as if it is working fine in Customizer, it should have to work on frontend as well,

    Please try to clear the site and browser cache and check back OR try to check the site on any other Computer on a fresh new browser and I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    And if the issue will still persist then please take the complete backup of your site, first.

    And also share your WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private area on which you are facing the issue so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    1- The post thumbnail issue on the search result page is resolved now the plugin you see in this image is causing the issue: https://postimg.cc/ykZ5qFWm You activate more than 1-page builders plugins on your site and it will cause unexpected issues on the site I have disabled them for now and your issue is resolved to see result image: https://postimg.cc/crvKdJNM

    2- There is no possible option in the theme to edit the search result page with Elementor. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    3- The images you shared with us were not able to be seen. Can you please elaborate on this issue by sharing a screenshot with us for a better reference?

    Note: The plugins are enabled on your site all the plugins that were active are still activated on the site.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins)that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check them. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Also, Please disable CDN by contacting your service provider (Hosting) until your site is in the development mode.

    And if the issue will still persist then please take the complete backup of your site, first.

    And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible to show the All Department Menu on the mobile version, as the element is only for the Desktop header version and not on mobile, so for now this requires extra Customization and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

    Hello, @Saira,

    Yes, The images are not clear after adding the code because the image size are different as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/sM4zKj3C I have removed the CSS code for the width and height of the image so that the images will appear on their actual size and you see images are very small size and some are in big sizes. So that’s why the issue appears.
    In order to solve this issue please use the same size images on your site.

    Now, Regarding the header files, you talk about it. Let me tell you. The desktop header is in the other box/div and the mobile is in the other so that whenever you open the site on mobile the mobile div will appear the header div will be completely not shown on mobile. it is better to understand the code and it’s a professional way. Every theme is based on different parameters.

    Your site speed is perfect, no need to worry about it.

    Hello, @Santiago,

    I have debugged your site and find that the issue you are facing is because of the plugins, you are using the other theme as well on your site and that one has some plugins as well and you have also some extra third-party plugins as well.

    So first of all, please deactivate all the plugins from your site and then Activate the XStore theme from Appearance >> Themes.

    And after that, you have to Install or Activate the theme-required plugins only and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hope it will solve your issue, and then you can activate all of your third party plugins again one by one and check which one is conflicting and creating the issue on your site.

    We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

    First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

    The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Sometimes, not always, you need additional customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

    Thanks for the logins to your site. I have checked your issue and found that the issue is caused by the child theme because when I enable the parent theme the issues you mentioned do not appear on the site after enabling the MailChimp plugin.
