Problems changing image on a page with Elementor

hi, thanks for your help.
I have a problem with Elementor, when I change the image on a page, I save the changes and when I go to see the result in another browser I see that the change is not made. I go to another computer the first time the changes are displayed, but the second update stays as is attached the demonstration video this happens on all pages. https://youtu.be/1UYe-VELTkU

Another thing, I also want to change the alert with a black background and white letters, I would like to change it to an image as shown in the screenshot, will it be possible? https://ibb.co/pXYP5xQ

1- Actually, when I check your issue there is nothing it is working fine I have tested it on your site as you can see in the video: https://www.veed.io/view/9e03a236-1ee5-40d8-8cbf-f2b5f0661366?sharingWidget=true please check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. I hope you will never face any issues.

2- Yes, you can add the image there by going on the header builder and setting the HTML block element in the header bottom then setting the image in it. See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/qz2BbQSK
