Purchase Code incorrect after resetting my website

    After resetting my website and entering my purchase code to the register theme text area again. The response text is “Sorry, the code is incorrect, try again.” I bought both the theme registration and support package. Kindly help resolve it for activation.

    Hello, @Clems,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, that you faced the issue with working our theme, and I am apologizing for the delay in response.

    We have reset your purchase code, Please try to use it again on your site, and hope this will work for you. Actually, we have some issue with our internal server engine as well, which we used to activate the purchase code on the customer’s sites, and our dev team is on weekend, they will be available on Monday and they will fix it as soon as possible. so please be patience.

    BTW if still you will face the same issue with activation, then I have added the temporary code for you in the private content area of this topic, which you can use for the temporary purpose on your site, till our dev team will fix it.

    I realized my payment was reversed to my account from ThemeForest and the account was blocked. I tried with different logins and that was also blocked. I am a legitimate person doing business with your company. I want to know why Themeforest is not accepting payment from my account and blocking my account. I promised a client to use the theme for him.
