How to edit search result page, structure. and Post result thumbnail not appear

Hello, this theme is awesome. but I had some issue on search result page/ view all result page, widget category issue. I attach on screenshot:
1. Search Result Post thumbnail not appear
2. Ability to edit search / view all result page [structure, elements] with elementor.
3. Remove only scroll ability on shop widget [show fully category]

Hello, @Halo Robotics,

Thanks for using our Theme and for contacting us.

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins)that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check them. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Also, Please disable CDN by contacting your service provider (Hosting) until your site is in the development mode.

And if the issue will still persist then please take the complete backup of your site, first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

Yes, I believe there is no plugin that effect on widget category, thumbnail post search result.
I also using cloudflare and already set to ‘development mode’
Please check my wp-admin that i already provide, please dont deactivated beside x-store plugin because I believe there is no other plugin that effect to my 3 point issue. Will you help?

Please stop man, dont disable unnecessary plugin. why disable my rankmath pro? that is my SEO post management.
I just want to solve my 3 points issue that I already wrote above.

Hello, @Robotics,

1- The post thumbnail issue on the search result page is resolved now the plugin you see in this image is causing the issue: https://postimg.cc/ykZ5qFWm You activate more than 1-page builders plugins on your site and it will cause unexpected issues on the site I have disabled them for now and your issue is resolved to see result image: https://postimg.cc/crvKdJNM

2- There is no possible option in the theme to edit the search result page with Elementor. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

3- The images you shared with us were not able to be seen. Can you please elaborate on this issue by sharing a screenshot with us for a better reference?

Note: The plugins are enabled on your site all the plugins that were active are still activated on the site.
