Google and facebook social loginization issue

Hello, I’ve added the two social login options following carefully the instructions, but both redirect me to the my-account page without open the social login popup.
Page where I’m redirected:
https://psytrance-pro.com/profile/login/?redirect_to=https://psytrance-pro.com/shop-account/

The only thing I can suppose is that I added both redirect link in the apps using
https://psytrance-pro.com/shop-account//

instead of
https://psytrance-pro.com/my-account//

since I’ve changed the permalink of the my account page in
https://psytrance-pro.com/shop-account/

Could this be the problem? or do u have any idea of what is going wrong?

Hello, @Alessandro,

Alright, The changes you made in terms of URL or the redirect link you added in the app please revert them to the default and then check back, whether it’s changed the behavior or not.

Hello and thanks for the support.
I’ve tried to re set the permalink to https://psytrance-pro.com/my-account and to update the OAuth URl in the social apps but I have the same problem.. so just to test I tried to deactivate Userpro plugin (the other one that use social login) and the app created for your goggole and FB login started to work without redirecting to the login page. So I’ve tried to change again the my account permalink to https://psytrance-pro.com/shop-account/ and the OAuth URl, and they works well anyway too. Since I had to check several templates where I should have changed the permalink again I’ve decided to keep the shop-account one live.
is there any way to fix this conflict?

Unfortunately, we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additional customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

Contact support of the plugin first.
