    Hello, Mirko

    Thank you for providing access.

We have identified that the issue was caused by the “Imagify” plugin. After deactivating the plugin, everything is functioning as expected.

The problem occurs because the plugin hides all default images and replaces each of them with its own block (which we are unable to control). As a result, these custom blocks are displayed instead of the original images.

We kindly ask you to either stop using the “Imagify” plugin or contact the plugin’s developers for further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding.

We have identified the cause of the issue where product descriptions are not being displayed on your website. It appears that the plugin “WooCommerce Catalog Mode” is responsible for this behavior. Specifically, the plugin is generating the following warnings:

Warning: Undefined variable $oldProduct in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-mode/public/class-woocommerce-catalog-mode-public.php on line 1729
Warning: Undefined variable $oldPost in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-mode/public/class-woocommerce-catalog-mode-public.php on line 1730

When the plugin is deactivated, these warnings no longer appear, and the product descriptions are displayed correctly.

We recommend reviewing the plugin settings or contacting the plugin developer for further assistance.

    Hello,

We have reviewed the issue and can confirm that the changes made to the shop page via XStore Builders > Archive Products > Edit Template https://prnt.sc/nf8Oj5MV9MTB become visible https://prnt.sc/0xqT-Gx5r06p as expected once the browser cache is cleared. Therefore, everything is functioning correctly.

We kindly ask you to review our previous response and consider installing the “Clear Cache” Chrome Extension. By clicking its icon, you will be able to easily clear your browser cache at any time.

    Warm Regards,

    Hello, dano111222,

Regarding product variations, we import only five such products. This approach is intended to avoid overwhelming users with variations that may not be relevant to them.

    Hello, _glennnnn,

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing detailed information regarding the issues you are experiencing on your WordPress site.

    1. Regarding the PHP Warnings:

The warnings you are encountering related to the file_get_contents() function typically occur when WordPress attempts to access plugin files that are either missing or have incorrect file paths. This can indeed be caused by an incomplete plugin update, a failed migration, or server-level issues such as incorrect file permissions or deleted files.

To assist you further, we kindly recommend the following steps:

    – Please ensure that all your plugins are fully updated. You may try deactivating and then reactivating the affected plugins, or reinstalling them from the official source to ensure all necessary files are present.
    – Check your server’s file permissions to confirm that WordPress has the appropriate access to the plugin directories.
    – If the issue occurred after a recent migration, it may be helpful to verify that all plugin files were correctly transferred to the new server.

If you could provide us with the list of active plugins and a copy of the warnings (as mentioned in your attachment), we would be happy to investigate further and provide more specific guidance.

    2. Regarding the JSON Response Error:

The “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” error is commonly related to issues with the REST API, which can be affected by:

    – Plugin or theme conflicts
    – Server configuration (e.g., mod_security, .htaccess rules)
    – Permalink structure or SSL settings

To help resolve this issue, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

    – Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the default WordPress ones and try updating a post again. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    – Switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out a theme-related conflict.
    – Ensure that your site URL and WordPress URL (under Settings > General) are correctly set and use the same protocol (http or https).
    – Check your browser’s developer console or the server error logs for any additional clues.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, it is possible to create a different login page with additional fields for B2B users using our theme. However, for advanced user management features such as manual user approval, we recommend using a third-party plugin like “Members” or similar. These plugins can help you manage user roles and approval processes more effectively.

Please note that the login and registration functionality is provided by the WooCommerce plugin. For further assistance or more detailed guidance regarding this feature, we suggest contacting WooCommerce support directly via the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, Rajat Gajera,

The reason for the behavior you experienced when selecting “Women” in the search and “Clothing” in the filter is due to the fact that there was only one product matching this combination. As this is a search results page, WooCommerce automatically redirects to the single product page when only one result is found.

To prevent this from happening, there needs to be at least one more product that includes “Women” in the title and is assigned to the “Clothing” category.

We have now added the “Clothing” category to the following product, and the filter is functioning correctly:

    https://minisouk.in/product/vero-moda-womens-skinny-jeans-10288591-grey-size-30/

    Hi Wenjie,

Thank you for purchasing our SalesMax plugin.

At the moment, we do not yet have a system in place for upgrading or downgrading licenses. However, we are actively working on this feature and plan to launch it soon.

In the meantime, if you would like to change your license, please log in to your 8Theme Dashboard (My Account section) and simply cancel your current order. Once the cancellation is processed, we will issue a full refund. After that, you will be able to purchase a Max license for either 30 or 50 domains.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

    Hi, Yasir Alam,

We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing limitations. Please note that we have established rules that apply equally to all our users. This approach allows us to distribute our time fairly and provide dedicated attention to everyone.

As far as we can see, you currently have 5 active licenses. This entitles you to have up to 10 active topics at the same time. We believe this is more than sufficient to cover all your inquiries effectively.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Thank you for your clarification.

The issue appears to be that when you uploaded the images, WordPress automatically assigned them certain IDs, which coincidentally matched the IDs of the menu items from our demo content.

There are two possible solutions to resolve this:

    1. Use a plugin such as “Reset Database” to remove all existing data, then install the demo content again and upload your images afterward.

    2. Manually edit the menu and assign the correct links and logo to ensure everything displays properly.

    Hello, lollo,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Regarding your request to create a one-page website dedicated solely to a forum on a single topic using XStore, we would be happy to assist you.

While XStore is primarily designed for eCommerce purposes, it is flexible and can be adapted for various types of websites, including a one-page forum. In this case, we do not have a specific XStore demo that is exclusively built for a one-page forum layout. However, you can start with any minimal or clean demo (such as the “Minimal” or “Default” demo) and customize it according to your needs, focusing on functionality rather than design.

For the forum functionality, we recommend using a plugin such as bbPress, which is fully compatible with XStore. It is lightweight, easy to integrate, and ideal for creating a simple forum with a single discussion topic. You can install and configure bbPress to appear on a single page, aligning with your one-page website concept.

If you require more advanced features, you might also consider plugins like BuddyPress (for community features) or wpForo, depending on your specific needs.

Please let us know if you need assistance with the setup or customization process — we are here to help.

    Hello, dano111222,

Thank you for providing access. We would like to kindly clarify a few points:

    1. Was the demo content installed on a clean website, or were there already existing elements such as posts, products, or images present beforehand?

    2. Was the “Electronic Mega Market” demo version installed directly, or was a different demo version installed prior to that?

We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.
