Since the issue persists even after disabling third-party plugins and switching to the Parent theme and Storefront, and considering that the problem appears to be partially resolved on the staging site – with the exception of the review count in the XStore Advanced Product Reviews section – we will be happy to investigate this further.

    To proceed, could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your staging site, along with FTP access if possible? This will allow our technical team to examine the issue more closely and identify the root cause.

    This issue arises when an imported product does not have a price assigned. In such cases, it is necessary to re-save the affected product in order to resolve the problem.

    It appears that your products may have been imported from an external source, and it’s likely that an issue occurred during the import process. We’ve noticed that products without a price are not appearing in the search results. However, simply re-saving such products should resolve the issue.

    We would like to inform you that the client in question has already received a CPU optimization, which means the previously identified issue has been addressed on our end. However, if you are still experiencing high CPU usage and performance issues, we recommend conducting further testing to help isolate the cause.

    As a next step, we suggest the following:

    – Please activate the default Storefront theme and test your website’s performance using it.
    – Try editing your pages with Elementor while the Storefront theme is active to see if the CPU usage remains high.
    – This will help determine whether the issue is related to the theme or possibly to Elementor itself, as we currently do not see a direct correlation between the theme and the CPU load.

    We have already resolved most of the issues that were previously identified, as noted in the following thread:

    Additionally, we have attached a screenshot and a new archive of the XStore theme in the Private Content area for your reference. Please update your theme with the latest version and continue testing as suggested.

    We also recommend testing with:

    – The new version of the XStore theme
    – The default Storefront theme + Elementor
    – Elementor editing without any theme (if possible)

    This will help determine whether Elementor itself is consuming excessive server resources.

We kindly recommend creating a full backup before updating the theme and core plugin archives. Additionally, please make sure to clear your cache before running the tests again.

    We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
