    This should be JavaScript overriding or interfere issue.
    Most likely caused by third party plugins..

    Disable all the plugins except these default plugins : https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ and check this.
    if you do not see the issue try to reactivate the plugins one by one and find the problem caused plugin then contact their support for this.

    if you still persist the issue let us know your wp-admin login details and FTP details to check this.

    As per the new update many options are OFF in 8theme panel.
    you can just ON it when you update your site.
    if you are encountered by the activation limit issue,

    Hello,

    many options are disable by default in our latest version.
    check these options are enabled or not in the 8theme options panel after the theme update.

    @lil-redhead-studio your outdated WooCommerce causes this issue.
    I’ve deactivated your WooCommerce plugin and your site works fine now.
    Check your other forum post and process as explained.

    Hello,

    That is not the correct way. That will break the theme.

    Update your WooCommerce to the latest version.
    Update your theme to the latest version.
    Replace the WooCommerce file I’ve emailed you.

    first one is the default logo that you see when the site is loaded and the second one is for fixed header that you see when you scroll the page..

    try to hard clear your browser cache and check..
    if you use any caching plugins clear caching there too.

    still if you persist the issue let us know your wp-admin login details to check this
