    Hello 8theme,

Could you please reset the activation count for our license?
We’re developing on localhost machines, but each developer has to registrate the theme when he/she sets up a developing environment.

Is there a way to stop the localhost instances from counting towards the activation limit?

    Thanks,

    NewKings

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

for now there is no any way to stop counting local hosting activation..
every activation in local host also will be calculated as a new domain installation.

we will reset the activation limit to your purchase code and it will take up to 5 hours.

    Hello Amzy,

    Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately we still get the message stating the activation limit has been reached. Can you check if the reset has been done properly?

    Thanks,

    NewKings
