    Hi @Jamall,

Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed. After conducting a speed test on your website via Google PageSpeed, we have found that the performance is suboptimal. You may review the results at the following link:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-leakifyhub-com/1bb4689ixj?hl=en&form_factor=desktop

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by Google PageSpeed in the Top Issues list, accessible here: https://prnt.sc/rX_B5kt85lOi & https://prnt.sc/zOMpia5zIFY-

About your results on Google PageSpeed results:

    – Reduce JavaScript execution time: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/bootup-time/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Reduce initial server response time: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/server-response-time?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Largest Contentful Paint element: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/lighthouse-largest-contentful-paint/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Avoid an excessive DOM size: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/dom-size/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Minimize main-thread work: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/mainthread-work-breakdown/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Reduce unused CSS: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/unused-css-rules/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Reduce unused JavaScript: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/unused-javascript/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Eliminate render-blocking resources: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/render-blocking-resources/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
    – Serve images in next-gen formats: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/uses-webp-images/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr

For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

Hello, Thank you for your quick response and providing recommendations to resolve the performance issues we are having with our WordPress store.

We have carefully followed the suggestions you made and now only have 17 active plugins left, we also adjusted WP Rocket Settings including CSS and JS optimization. However, despite these efforts, we continue to experience significant delays in the registration and checkout process on our website. Our website itself is very fast, only the two parts are affected, i.e. account registration and checkout process, that is very important to emphasize!

We have also contacted our hosting provider to see if we should make any updates or anything similar. But everything is fine on that front. The server which hosts our website can easily handle its requirements and much more so we know that is not a bottleneck.

We firmly believe that it is a problem with the theme itself and thus can only be resolved with your expertise as you guys are the theme developers

We therefore urge you to look into this matter. We urge you to thoroughly investigate the performance issues affecting our website’s registration and checkout processes and provide us with a solution or guidance on how to resolve these issues.

Please let us know if you need any further information or assistance from our side. We are committed to working with you to resolve this issue and ensure the optimal performance of our online store.

Thank you for your continued support and help.

    Hi @Jamall,

You’ve placed 2 Checkout Elements on your checkout page. Could you please delete one?

    https://prnt.sc/f2vWCwmrBUsq

Can you please help us to deactivate all plugins except these plugins below?

    – Elementor
    – PRO Elements
    – WooCommerce
    – WooPayments
    – XStore Core
    – WP Rocket
    – Google Analytics for WooCommerce
    – Yoast SEO

After that check again the checkout & register features.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I have just performed all the suggestions. I only kept the plugins you mentioned active and I also removed the extra checkout element but it didn’t work.

I cleared the cache in WP-Rocket as well before trying a test checkout and it still took a very long time.

I should add that there is a noticeable difference, it is slightly faster but in the grand scheme of things, it is still far too slow. Especially the process of accessing the digital product once the long checkout is complete, see here:

This process takes so much time that the server times out due to waiting so long.

    Hi @Jamall,

Could you please fix the following issues on Site Health?

    https://prnt.sc/cCDUrx75t9BZ

We could see that you’re using the Litespeed server. Instead of using WP-Rocket, you can try with Litespeed Cache plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache/

Hello, we have already followed these steps, they don’t help either, we also tried the Litespeed Cache plugin instead of WP Rocket, it doesn’t help!

Also forgot to mention that the site health as well as the XStore core reflects that these changes were performed correctly by my hosting provider. However, as mentioned, the issue persists.

    Dear Jamal,

We hope this message finds you well. We have recently switched to Hello Elementor theme and disabled the XStore Core plugin; however, the issue we discussed persists. You can view the details here: [https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/27564849?key=afa4c51bbb77b92bd3e114613aca6c5d](https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/27564849?key=afa4c51bbb77b92bd3e114613aca6c5d).

Based on our troubleshooting, it appears that this problem may be related to server-side issues. We kindly suggest that you contact your hosting provider to resolve this matter.

Additionally, please review the system requirements for WooCommerce, WordPress, and Elementor to ensure compatibility:

    – WordPress: [https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/](https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/)
    – WooCommerce: [https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/](https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/)
    – Elementor: [https://elementor.com/help/requirements/](https://elementor.com/help/requirements/)

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

Hi, I of course followed your last recommendation, namely that I should contact my hosting provider to see if it was due to server-side problems. I have just received this response (see picture).
Can you check if it’s because of what my hosting provider said there? Because i think it makes sense.
I kindly ask you to check this and let me know what the next step is, to finally solve this problem.
