Sorry for the inconvenience but What version of PHP do you use on your site? It should be 7.2 or higher.
Contact your hosting provider and request the limits be increased to the following minimums:

OR else, Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction on what needs to be fixed.
And share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and FTP or CPanel Login details with me in a private content area of this topic so that I’ll check it for you further.
